Lv. 6

It's summer now, 4 months seem to pass in a blink of an eye. Ahhhh.... 4 months of boredom can do wonders to ones mind. I was bored out of my mind. The only saving grace from school was "the entertainment." Which was the argument between Izuku and Katsuki, that was always fun to watch. While there were no violence involved, the way they went back and forth. That was my highlight of the day.

Since Izuku started training, he have been growing some backbone. While he and Katsuki were always but head against each other, I know they are still friends. It's not a friendly batter, but a rivalry. I know that while Katsuki never said it, he respect Izuku for trying to pursue his dreams in his own way. Although Katsuki is foul mouthed, he is also the most passionate about being a hero.

Anyway today I am going to the beach with Toga. It's just the two of us today. I promised her that it's just going to be just the two of us. I guessed I could called it a date. Well me and Toga had trained hard enough and I thought she deserve a break, thus the date.

Currently though I'm waiting for her in front of her house. We are going to the Dagobah Municipal Beach Park. I know what you are thinking "Raikou, isn't that beach is full of trashes?" And I will answer with this. It's a beach, there isn't going trash all over the beach. So we would go to the section that isn't cover in trash. I would know, I already checked the place. There was even some other family playing there, and apparently Water Hose, the hero wife and husband duo would also patrolled there too.

Maybe I could ask them for some autographs for Izuku or something. Maybe some advices for the new aspiring heroes (me and Toga). Well that is only if we saw them though.

"Rai-chan, did you wait long?" Asked Toga, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Not really, Toga are you ready to go?" I asked as I held me hand out to grab her hand.

"Mmmnh." She nodded and blushed as I held her hand with mine.

We walked in complete silence, the warmth that were transmit through our hand was the only connection we needed. To tell the truth, I wish this moment would last forever. As we walked to the station, Toga started to bridge the gap as she cling on to my arm. Not that I mind.

The train ride to our destination, while short as it was. It was very fulfilling, I felt all my problems just melt away as Toga leaned her head on my shoulder as our still holding together. Hmmm, her hair smelled like a citrus orange. It was both calm and relaxing.

After the short while we reached our destination. And together with Toga, I led on to the beach.

"Ne, Toga....." I said as we walked together.

"Hmm, Rai-chan."

"Ummm, are you comfortable at home Toga? I know your parents can be very controlling." I asked in concern. Lately Toga had been sulking and when I asked her during our usual meet up, she always reply with a sad smile while telling me she is okay.

"....You don't have to say anything Toga. I just want to tell you that you are fine the way you are. You don't have to change to fit in. I just want to be yourself, even if you like to drink blood..." I told her my thoughts.

"As long as you don't hurt other people Toga, I will always be on your side." I continued.

"....Ok, Rai-chan." Toga whispered. Although I heard her just fine. She then buried her face into my arm. Uwa that shōnen power is showing it's effect again.

"Come on, let's go Toga." I urged her. After abit of walking we reached Dagobah Municipal Beach Park (not the one with trash). At this point everything was just a blur, we had fun playing in the sea. I get to see Toga in her black bikini, which by the way really bring out her charms. Her long pale blonde hair that usually were set free, now been tie up into the two bun each on the side of her head. Ah haa, this is bliss isn't it. Then we played like there is no tomorrow.

By the time I realized the time, it's already afternoon. Really time sure fly when you are having fun.

"Rai-chan! Rai-chan! Look it's Water Hose. Hey, didn't you want to talk to them about being a hero?" Exclaimed Toga.

Oh yeah, this is a rare chance to asked hero about their job. While Water Hose are heroes, they are not the fighting kind. They helped people with everything, from rescuing cats from the trees to helping people in general. Now that I think about it, it's kinda like my dad before he died. He was also a rescue hero too. Anyway let's asked them their thoughts and advice on how to be a good hero.

"Uhmmmm, excuse me!!! Can I have your autographs please its for my friend?" I asked them as they were patrolling the perimeters.

"Oh, ok kid. What's ya and ya friend names kid?" Asked Mr. Water Hose.

"My name is Raikou, and my friend is Izuku. Can you autograph to Izuku? He is always such a hero nerd. I think getting an actual autograph from a hero will cheer him up."

"Sure kid, and there all done." Water Hose said as he hand me his autograph.

"Well kid, it's been real but duties call." Said Water Hose as he going back to continue patrolling with his partner.

"Ah, WAIT!!!." I cried out. I chased after Water Hose duo.

"...Is there something else?" Said Mrs. Water Hose.

"I..I want to ask for some advices in being a hero. I'm going to go to U.A. in 3 years and I was wandering if you have any advices in being a hero."

"Ha, this is a pretty easy question kid. To be a hero is to save someone, they don't have to be proficient in combat to be a hero, kid. The core of being a hero is to have the feeling of wanting to save people that can't save themselves. That's all I can tell ya." Water Hose laughed in good manner.

"Thank you for your advice, Water Hose-san." I cried out in reply as they continued on patrolling.

"Nee, Rai-chan. Did you get what you are looking for?" Toga asked me.

"Yeah, I got a confirmation." I replied back.

"Then come on, let's go. We still have half a day to play still, Rai-chan." Toga urges me.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm comi-."

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM

It happen so suddenly that I could barely got a hold of Toga. The next thing I know was that dust and sand were flying everywhere and my arm were wrap around Toga, keeping her safe.

What the hell is going on?

"Toga, are you okay?"

"Agh, don't worry Rai-chan I'm fine. Just a little dizzy."

"I'm going to go check what that was. Toga, you stay here okay?"

"Wha... No, no. You can't do that, Rai-chan. I...I won't let you." Toga cried out.

"Hey, I promise I'll be okay OK? You just need to rest here, I can see that you are a bit injured. I need you to call the police, the situation might be dire."

There also the reason that I don't want to be her to hurt anymore than she already is. Not to mention this quest.

This was not the minor quest that I always do. This was the quest like when I rescue Toga.

"Sorry, Toga." I said as laid her down.

"Damnit, Rai. You better listen to me this instant or I swear to god, when I can move. I...I'll beat you up. Damnit, Did you hear me? Rai.... Rai." Toga struggles to move her her toward me as ran off the see the situation. Still running off without any gear or mask and a few spare change was a bad idea. I quickly used my quirk as I ran. I created a white blank lightning mask with two eyes hole and jagged teeth to form a mouth. I quickly affix it on to my face, although I'm wearing a mask I visibility is not hindered at all.

The mask itself is not perfectly rounded, it's jagged like lightning from the middle. I also constructed a long coat as well to hide my modesty, can't go in possible danger half naked and all.

As I ran closing to ground zero, I started to coat myself in lightning, my red eyes started to glow. Which can be seen through my mask. My hair start to spike and glow silver.

I ran as fast as my body can carry me. As I move closer and closer, I can hear some noise but I couldn't make out what was spoken. I renew my effort and sprint faster.

*bzzzzt

".I.... hat all you can DO? I expected more from a Hero."

What greeted me though was huge mass of muscle fiber being, holding Water Hose by his face. While the other Water Hose was slump down on the ground. Well shit.

"Oh, what do we have here? Another hero? Well whatever. Let's FIGHT." Cried out the muscle

monster.

Holy shit this guy is nearly double my level. Then he started rushing at me, I don't know how fast he is. However, since I'm currently in my lightning clad, My perception was accelerated, so it look like he is moving in slow motion.

I didn't waver, or feared him but I need to change the location or else the Water Hose might die if we battle. So I dodge his right hook with my accelerated speed, and appeared behind him grab one of my spare change. I charged my electromagnetic gun( my arm ), and let it loose.

*Bzzzt BOOOOM

That was loud, still I can still see that monster body got flung away.

I disappeared in a flash, arriving at another crater about 1 km away. Judging from the damage he took, it didn't look like he took a lot of damage.

"Hahahahhahahaha, NOW THIS IS GETTING INTERESTING." the crazy bastard roared as he jumped out of the crater.

"Why are you doing this? It make no sense."

To my question the man just grinned and said, "There is no reasons, I just want to wreck havoc and fight strong guys. As long as I do whatever I want I don't care." What a fucking bastard, just because he want to wreck havoc, he was hurting and possibly killing people. This bastard really make my blood boiled.

"Enough talk, let's fight." Was all the bastard said before rushing at me again. Fuck this bastard, I'm going to cut him up. So I flashed with bzzzzzt and with my knife hands, I proceed to cut up his outer muscle fiber along his arms.

"IS THIS ALL YOU CAN DO?" He said as he tried to punch me with his right arm. It's seems like he can still move both of his arm, he is regenerating faster than thought. Maybe my cut isn't deep enough, so it just leave a superficial wounds.

I quickly retreated my steps. Maybe I can shocked him out of commission but I want the bastard to feel pain he cause to the other people. With that in mind, I'm going to first DISARM him.

My lightning clad around my knife hand started to elongate as I concentrate and taking a more solid state. And from it, there is a constant buzzing noise. Then I ran leaving a lightning trail behind me, arriving in front of the muscular monster. And with a quick hand movement I cut off his arms from the shoulder. There is no resistant what so ever, his arm just fall down. There is no blood, the wounds was cauterize by the heat from my lightning hand blades.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh, what did you do? You bastard what the heel did you do?" The monster started to rave around with no arms. Ugh this bastard is so annoying. With a swipe from my hand, I took both his legs.

*thud

"AAAaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, my arms, my legs." And now the monster is armless and legless.

"GIVE ME BACK MY ARMS AND LEGS." The muscle fiber try to form back my arms and legs but with out the baseline like his arm before I chop it off, it was prove too difficult to take shape.

"Didn't you want a fight? Well I got you one." With my red glowing eyes narrowed I continued.

"Guess this is the consequence of your action, you like destroying people's live, well I destroyed yours. Now you are an armless, legless thing. Trying rolling down the street, like a turd in a wind."

"Y..YO.....YOU DEMON!!!!!" The thing started to rolling around trying to get me. If I wasn't so so angry, I would have this hilarious.

I then proceed to supercharged my hand, and shocked him. Not enough to kill, but enough to knock him unconscious. This guy deserve to live like a disable with no form of suicide can help him.

Hah, it's been awhile since saw the level up screen. The minor quest barely gave me EXP enough to level now. But the fight is so lackluster, is he really Lv. 25?
