It was the first time she was able to get into a dress and walk around their house in Burien. While it was larger than most homes in the township, it was still much smaller than the palace she had gotten used to and even Montclair Estate which waited for them in the east.
Desmond found her then found Stephano and made them both go to a sitting room so he could talk to them.
He told them his plans regarding his return to Eirenguard since Leonor seemed to be healing quickly. Then he explained that he needed Leonor to stay in the palace no matter what happened, and that he wouldn't be able to focus on his task in the south if he couldn't guarantee she was somewhere safe.
