Things had quickly taken a different turn as the Mongoon arrived and was ready for a fight. Shaw was the bold one out and the first to confront the mad beast. He threw his spear at the Mongoon but to his greatest surprise, right after the spear had hit its mark, it was sent back like a speeding bullet towards the initial sender. Seeing this, Shaw's eyes widened with shock but disbelief was only momentary as he got a hold of himself and looked to catch the spear.
Unfortunately, that did not pan out well for him as the strenght behind the Mongoon's throw was far greater than his and before he knew it, grabbing the spear became a nightmare for him. Shaw along with his spear were thrown off the ground and eventually, the spear pierced and came out from the back of a large tree and from it, Shaw was hanging onto it with his back having slammed hard into the tree.
