'Whack a mole'
Flesh was now at the pro mode in the Speed Baton : Death Deluxe game. The Baton came out even twice as fast as it did when it was at the amateur mode. With the speed of the projection doubled, Flesh was made to dodge quicker than ever. Moving his body side ways and also ducking down was all part of the routine. Still at that moment, it was shocking to know that he hadn't been touched once by the Baton nor had he made contact with the restriction circle around his waist.
"That his stance is very peculiar. The back of his palms facing his chest with his legs spaced apart, it's almost as if he is taking a combat pose. I wonder why he chose this stance," Klaus thought as he watched Flesh dodge some more Baton.
"This is why he is the speed god. Not even the deluxe version can handle him!" One of the eight guys he came with said. This was said with eyes directed at Klaus. In a way, it was done to rattle Klaus and get him worried for when it was his turn.
