Tomas pointed in the direction of the balcony. "Mr. Hayden is answering the phone. Madam, you go to see a doctor first."

"Okay." Nicole withdrew her gaze from the balcony and sat opposite the foreign doctor under his instructions.

She couldn't speak English, so she couldn't understand what the doctor said.

Tomas stood aside and nodded from time to time, or said a few words to the doctor.

Nicole could roughly guess that Tomas was explaining her situation to the doctor.
