Rose smiled awkwardly and nodded at him.He was just sitting expressionlessly.From his stiff expression it was very hard to guess what is going on his peculiar mind.

"Sir,I need to cook.You can watch television while I will be cooking." She handed over the remote and turned on the television.She was very curious to know whether the devil would ever enjoy the entertainment show or not!From his scary appearance,she was quite sure that he only used to watch just business related news.

She stood up and went toward the direction of kitchen.Her kitchen is quite small.Barely two people can fit there.She took four piece chicken leg from her refrigerator.She washed them and started marinating them with her special secret spice.As she started chopping the onions,the low husky voice of Kelvin Kyle interrupted her concentration.

"I can help you in cooking." Kelvin Kyle said to her.

Today he was feeling very insecure while Damien Kyle threatened him about Rose.He instantly came back here through his personal jet plane which landed in the city just an hour ago.He only wanted to check her whether she was alright or not.Everything is possible for Damien Kyle.After all Damien his brother.Once he targeted someone it's almost impossible to save the person.But Kelvin Kyle was not ordinary person as well.He will destroy everything if someone even scratched his beloved secretary.The only person can torment her is just Kelvin Kyle.

Rose turned her head toward Kelvin Kyle.She never thought in her life that her arrogant boss will ever offer her for help in the cooking!Who loves to give her a mountain of files!Is he really Kelvin Kyle or his doppelganger!Or did he drink something wrong that he is behaving weirdly now.

She chuckled.

"What??" Kelvin Kyle furrowed his eyebrows.

"Nothing." Rose smiled."You can chop the onion."Rose offered him the work.She was feeling funny.It was a very rare opportunity to see billionaire Kelvin Kyle chopping onion.How could she lose the opportunity!

She gave her the chopping knife.Kelvin Kyle at first rolled his sleeves of the shirt and held the knife.Rose rolled her eyes at him.

"Did you ever hold a kitchen knife in your life?"

"No.But I am a good learner.Tell me how to hold it." Kelvin Kyle stared at her beautiful brown eyes.

She fixed the knife in his hands.Her finger touched his bare skin giving him electric spark.Kelvin Kyle swallowed his own saliva.His adam apple was moving with it.Rose noticed that and averted her gaze instantly.

"Like this....First peel of the skin of the onion then hold it and cut it smoothly...." She started giving him direction.

She put the stove on and placed a fry pan.She started frying the chicken pieces.Kelvin Kyle was trying to cut the onion with all his effort.

He is a billionaire.He managed her dozen of companies with great ability.But chopping onion seemed to be more harder than running those companies.Kelvin Kyle was thinking this in his mind now.It is more difficult than it seemed to be.The onions are constantly slipping from his long slender fingers.Moreover his eyes started watering from the smell of the onion.

"Oh my god!It looks like my boss is crying...." She mocked him.She was sometimes staring at her boss secretly.With his folded sleeves and a knife holding in his hand he no longer looks like a mean arrogant boss.Now he is looking like a gentleman who is now here to help his wife.If he wouldn't be that mean and arrogant,may be Rose could fall for his charm!!!!

Kekvin Kyle didn't pay attention to her mocking words.He continued cutting the onion.Rose went out from the kitchen and came back with tissue paper.She wiped his tears from his face and took the knife from his hand.

"You don't need to do it.I can manage all by myself.If you feel bored then you can just stand here and talk with me." Rose told him.

Kelvin Kyle nodded.It was his first time being in the kitchen.He never entered the kitchens before this.His eyes are already red from cutting the onion.It was wise to just stand here for now.He thought.May be he could learn cooking some other time.....

Rose started chopping tomatoes.Her fair thin slender fingers were moving in rhythm along with the knife.Kelvin Kyle was staring at that as if it was a very important thing to notice.

"So who are there in your family?" Kelvin Kyle asked her without averting his gaze from the sight.

"My parents died when I was very young.I have only my grandparents and a brother." Rose said while chopping vegetables.

"The little boy in the picture is your brother?" Kelvin Kyle was surprised.

"Yes." Rose took all the chopped tomatoes in a bowl from the chopping board.

"Isn't he too young!!" When your parents died then?"He asked.

"Actually we adopted him." She said indifferently.

"Oh..."

"Rose...." Kelvin Kyle called her.His voice is hoarse.

"Yes,Sir." She stared at him with great surprise.He didn't ever call her by her first name.Now she is sure,he drank something wrong that's why he is behaving weirdly.

"You can call me by my first name." Kelvin Kyle said without any expression.

"What!!!!!" Rose almost got another shock.How many more shocks will she receive today??She couldn't believe her own ears.

"I mean you can call me Kelvin.Dont need to call me sir anymore." He smiled.

Rose was staring at him.She first time saw him smiling like this.The smile was genuine not like other times that he used to mock her or troubling her.She suddenly started thinking that Kelvin Kyle looked very handsome when he genuinely smiled.

"Okay,Sir...I mean Kelvin..." Rose smiled at her back.
