On the wayward world, only seven days had passed. On the second day, Nagan had managed to establish contact, albeit, a cohesive communication between two parties wasn't really possible.
However, the hope that Nagan, Hopscotch, and Bluebell were alive was enough motivation for them to defend their position.
As expected, the battle against the army of horrifying squid humanoid was more of a battle of attrition. Although, while the Kingdom of Kaleidoscope possessed the upper hand on the first day, it was only getting harder and harder as time passed.
Those monsters became much more grotesque and powerful, that the outpost would have been overrun if not for Owen who closed the available rifts as soon as possible the moment they arrived.
