Chapter 34: Unleash
"Third pov"
While Rihito was dealing with the green dragon. Hajime and the other were focusing on their fight. The Black dragon in the sky roared and lunged at them.
Hajime in response pulled out his Orkan and fired right in its face.
"Boom!!"
The blast from 'Orkan' made the dragon slightly disoriented, Still, it was not enough to stop the black dragon. Noticing this, Hajime jumped out of the path of the dragon's lunge. The dragon then took flight and began to charge a breath attack.
Hajime noticed the dragon charging an attack and was about to move, but then he saw Aiko and others behind him, inside a barrier created by Rihito. Hajime was certain that the barrier would be strong enough to withstand the attack. Despite this, he was cautious and replaced his weapon with a cube-shaped box that transformed into a coffin-shaped shield. The shield was made from 'Shtar ore', the second strongest metal in this world, and had a coating of 'Azantium'. To further enhance its effectiveness, Hajime and Rihito also added magic enchantments such as magic resistance and Daimon skin.
Hajime grabbed its vertical handle and twisted it to activate the shield's enchantment. He then simultaneously activated <Mana Burst> and <Limit Break>. Just at that moment, the breath was released.
"Booom!!!"
The purplish-white breath clashed with Hajime's shield which pushed him back. Hajime had to use all of his strength just to not be blown away. Yue and Shea seeing Hajime in trouble jumped to help him. Shea used her strength to hold down the shield and Yue used her newly invented spell using 'Gravity Magic' on the flying dragon.
"HEAVENS FALL"
On top of the black dragon, a dark blue orb equal to its size appears. It then slams into the dragon pushing the dragon to the ground.
"Booom!!!"
Shea, seizing the opportunity, leapt at the dragon, activated <Body Enhancement>, used Gravity magic to increase Drucken's weight, and then slammed on top of the dragon's head.
"Bang!!"
The dragon, disoriented by Shea's attack, unleashed a wide purplish breath of rage upon its surroundings in hopes of hitting something.
Hajime saw this and cursed "Fuck." Yue then used the water from the waterfall and created a water barrier called "WATER CASTLE." The water castle blocked the breath, which created a mist hindering everyone's perception. Hajime took this chance to prepare himself.

Aiko and her students watched Hajime's fighting and finally understood how weak they were. As for Will, he was scared when he saw the dragon. In this fight, there was no place for them. Even for a moment, if they got out of the barrier that Rihito made for them, they might die from a stray attack. They were completely helpless and unable to do anything.

After she blocked the breath attack, Yue followed up with another spell. "ICE COFFIN," Yue's spell used the mists in the air to freeze the dragon's body except for its wings and head.
Shea then lept in front of the frozen dragon and smashed her Drucken. But this time it did less damage than earlier. The dragon annoyed with being trapped broke free from the ice and flew into the sky.
The dragon then started to charge another powerful breath attack like the first one. Yue and Shea noticing this readied themselves.
While the dragon was focusing on Yue and Shea, Hajime had completed his preparation to fight the dragon. He wore battle gauntlets that reached up to his shoulders and held a long-barreled gun that resembled sci-fi weaponry in his hands. "Hey, this is the first time I've been ignored this much. So, let's use something that you can't ignore," he said as he pointed 'Schlagen,' his new weapon, at the dragon in the sky.
Hajime then started to pour a large amount of mana into the weapon. Then he fired a concentrated energy blast at the dragon's wings.
Before the dragon could release its breath, Hajime's attack hit the dragon's wings, damaging them. Feeling the pain, the dragon abruptly stopped its breath attack. Hajime took this chance to leap at the dragon's stomach and delivered a powerful kick using the combined power of <Mana Burst> and <Steel Kick>, sending the dragon hurtling to the ground.
Hajime now standing in front of the dragon pulled out his upgraded pile-bunker. "Your attacks are dull, and your body is so huge it's an easy target for me. This far's has gone long enough, I will end it."
The dragon seeing this growled in response "Grrrrr…"
"It's over for you," Hajime attached the Pile-bunker to his left hand and activated <Limit Break>, and <Lightning Clad>. Then he took a punching stance and leapt towards the dragon.
The dragon sensing danger from Hajime used a breath attack. Hajime seeing the breath attack incoming decided to punch through with his pile-bunker. But to Hajime's distress, he had underestimated the power of the dragon's breath attack.
Hajime struggled against the breath, roaring as he clashed with Dragon Flame. "Bastard... it's still this powerful?!"
"Still, this will not stop meee!! 'Aahhh!'", Hajime pushed himself to his limit.
"..."
Yue seeing Hajime in trouble used another "HEAVENS FALL" on top of the dragon. The 'Heavens fall' pushed the dragon into the ground, immobilising the dragon. Shea taking this chance used her Drucken to smash the dragon's head.
"Boom!!"
"..."
Hajime after taking dragon breath head-on, suddenly feels stronger. Finding his new strength, he leapt at the dragon and punched upward using his pile-bunker.
"Bang!!"
With Hajime's newfound strength, he sends the dragon flying into the sky. The dragon was injured, low on mana, and could only wail.
"GURUuRUUU!!"
Hajime then pulled out a few of his grenades and threw them at the dragon.
"Booom!!"
"Booom!!"
"Booom!!"
With each explosion, Hajime's grenade left the dragon completely helpless, only able to endure the attack as Hajime leisurely walked towards the dragon and asked, "Do you like my attacks?"
Dragon fighting with Hajime was completely frazzled and only could groan, "GURU."
Hajime seeing the dragon helpless jumped on top of the dragon, and then he used the pile-bunker to pierce the dragon's scale.
"Clang!!"
"Creek!!"
"Creek!!"
To his surprise, the pile-bunker was unable to pierce the dragon's tough hide. Frustrated, he then used the pile-bunker's grappling hooks to restrain the dragon. Despite the dragon's efforts to break free, the wire was made of Shtar ore, the second strongest ore in the world, and it was not easy to break. The dragon had expended a large amount of its mana in the fight, so it was impossible to break free from the binding, finally defeating the dragon.
Defeating the dragon Hajime, Shea and Yue felt relief. Shea then looked at Hajime, "Hajime, Yue let's go we need to help Rihito."
"Yeah", Hajime responded.
Right when they were about to move Hajime, Shea, Yue, and others sensed a huge amount of mana coming from the direction where Rihito was fighting the green dragon.
Hajime's senses started to ring like crazy, he shouted "Everyone we need to get out of here, now!!"
Aiko and her student sensing so much mana were too stunned to move, upon seeing this Hajime clicked his tongue. Right then Hajime sensed another burst of mana, but this time it was a familiar mana signature. It was Rihito's mana.
Hajime snapped out of it and proceeded to retreat everyone to a safe distance.

"Mc pov"
Rihito after sending the green dragon flying. It seems the dragon was caught off guard, it then used its wings to stabilise itself in the air, and the dragon now even more angry roared at me.
"RARAARAAAA!!"
"..."
Before the fight could start, I tried to communicate with the dragon "Oi… dragon can you talk?" I waited for a response.
The dragon hearing my voice flinched for a second, but then it roared again and lunged at me. Rihito saw this and sighed "Guess the magic has complete control over its will."
[If I remember correctly, in the anime Hajime used a rod and shoved it in, Tio's ass to wake her up. There is no way I am doing that. But, from that analogy, a large enough impact on the head should do the trick. I guess I have to fight with the dragon without my sword], Rihito thought.
I then used my <Superhuman Speed> and appeared right before the dragon's head in the blink of an eye and punched it with a powerful <Speed Strike>.
But to my surprise, the dragon moved its head and tried to avoid my attack. Still, it wasn't fast enough.
"Bang!!"
The impact of the punch made the dragon disoriented and the dragon started to plummet down. The dragon right before it was about to hit the ground, the dragon stabilised itself. And used its breath attack in Rihito's direction. Again, I dodged it and appeared right below the dragon's jaw and uppercut the dragon.
"Bang!!"
Punching the dragon, my hand started to feel numb. "Damn, those dragon scales are hard." I then pulled out my gauntlets and wore them.
The dragon noticed me evading its fiery breath, grew even angrier and decided to use its claws to try to tear me apart. However, the dragon became frustrated as its claws were unable to reach me, so it started to bite between claw attacks.
We then fought and clashed in the sky. In the fight I had to be vigilantly avoid the dragon's claws, knowing they could harm me. As I dodged the claws, I aimed for the dragon's head, hoping that my punches could break it free from the control of dark magic.

I fought the dragon for a while but my attacks weren't doing enough damage to break the spell. So, I made distance from the dragon. My thought was [If the physical attack isn't working, then let's try magic].
Then I used 'Thunder Magic' and in my hands, electricity started to run wild. I pointed my hands at the dragon and cast 'Thunder Dragon' it's my own spell inspired by Yue draconic thunder. From my hand, I released an Eastern dragon-shaped lightning attack.
The dragon saw the attack incoming and used its fire breath to counter the attack.
"Booom!!!"
The explosion of the attacks created smoke hindering sight. The dragon who had fought me to this point understood killing this human seemed to be impossible, no matter how many times the dragon attacked the human kept dodging the attacks. Normal attacks won't do, a strong attack is needed.
The dragon took advantage of the smoke and began charging a concentrated breath attack. In the dragon's mouth, a fire orb appeared. The colour of the fire changed from red to blue, to purple, and then to white.

Rihito on the other side sensing a large concentration of mana prepared himself, his danger sense was blaring like crazy. Sensing the danger, he wanted to move away, but he couldn't dodge this attack. The amount of mana that was concentrated in that attack will destroy anything that will get in its way. And behind him were Hajime and others, their hands were already full with the other dragon.
So, he did the next best thing he could do at this moment. Rihito knows he can't block that attack with any kind of barrier, that attack will tear through any of his barriers.
[Damn it, I guess there is no other way, I have to use it.], thinking that. Rihito decided to use <Archmage > at the maximum he could. The moment Rihito unleashed <Archmage > an immense amount of crimson mana poured out of Rihito's body like a raging waterfall, making the mana concentration of the atmosphere climb higher. [At this moment I can only hope that bastard hasn't noticed me], which was clearly my wishful thinking.
"..."
After releasing my crimson mana, it enveloped me entirely. Unbeknownst to me, it transformed my black hair to pure white and caused my eyes to glow crimson.
