Lady of the Feng family

This world have some historical clothing and it's also a magical world. It's also been 3 days since I've came to this world and this young lady's body. It's a miracle that this body have the same name as her and her family are also Feng's.

Another problem is that I haven't even get to go outside but I've been told that I'm getting married to the Yang family after this week! This body's mother told her that it's a rare chance for her since she's a general and everyone's scared of her so this is her chance to finally get a family but I'm not her!

What am I going to do?

I paced back and forth while my two maid watch me from the sides and looked at each other. They nod and played a game of rock, paper, scissors.

One of the maid have a bun while the other have a long ponytail. They played 3 sets of rock, paper, and scissors. The results came out as the one with the bun whispered to the other, "I won! So you go comfort miss."

"Hmph! Whatever."

I was still thinking of a plan when a maid approached me. "Young miss, is something bothering you or are you nervous for your wedding?"

Hmm...did I make it too obvious?

"It's nothing Xixi. I was just thinking about my schedule."

Xixi raised her brows and said, "If you say so miss."

It suddenly got quite after that short conversation, so I came up with something to change the subject.

"Ah! Xixi, I want some sweets and can you bring me some books or novels to read?"

"Yes miss."

She bowed and rushed to Mei. They both quietly closed the door and left. I sighed in relieve and thought for awhile.

"Ah! I know what to do now. Let's do this tonight! And it's not like I'm the only daughter in this household."

I rushed to my warerobe and packed up some clothes with some money in a small bag. As I ran through my stuff, I saw a small dagger and a full set of weapons. 'No wonder why she's called a general.'

After packing up, I rushed to put this bag somewhere else to where the maids won't see it and rushed back to my table and when I finally sat down, someone knocked on my door. I fixed my sitting posture and cleared my voice. "Come in!"

The door opened and Xixi came in with Mei. They bought in some osmanthus cake and mooncake with some tea. Of course I know these desserts because my mother in my past life used to teach me it.

I shook my head and slapped my cheeks. Xixi and mei was shocked and said together, "Miss, are you alright?!"

I chuckled at the two of them and replied with a "Yes".

Xixi handed me the books while Mei gave me some sweets. I read throughout the whole day and didn't even know that it was dinner time.

"Miss, I bought you your dinner."

Xixi and Mei left the food on the table and left once again in silence. I was about to flip through the next page when my stomach grumbled and a delicious scent came from the table where this body always eat her breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

'Hmm...when did Xixi and Mei leave these here?'

I shrugged and went to the table. After finishing my food, Xixi and Mei already prepared me my bath.

I went to get ready and bathe in the bucket of warm water. I took my time in it as to plan out my night travel. I got out of the bathtub and wore my clothes. I went to sleep and waited for the lights to be out and when that happened, I sneaked out.
