It was 6 in the afternoon, and most of the people began to go home, but on the way it was observed that there were six people who were going in the direction of the hospital. Those six people were Michael and Lilith, Ryuu and the three young men.

On the way, Michael asked their names to get to know them better. Their names were Isami, George and Akira.

Michael asked him what illness his mother had but they replied that they did not know at the beginning until they took her to the hospital and they only learned from the doctor that she had kidney problems, it seems that both kidneys had started to malfunction and therefore needed a transplant urgent.

But for Michael he felt that it was not as simple as kidney failure but that there was something else but he said nothing and decided to observe the situation for himself.

"I'm sorry, doctor Daichi. But we can't get the money at the moment" Akira replied hoping that the doctor understands his situation.

"Haaaa! Do you think the hospital works for free? If you don't have the money, you should just go to another hospital" said the obese man with a loud voice as if he were the head of the place.

Just when Isami was about to explode and hit the doctor he was stopped by Michael.

Michael stopped Isami and turned his gaze to the fat man.

"Are you the doctor who diagnosed the illness of the woman in the room?" Michael asked suspiciously because he felt that the person in front of him was not a doctor.

"Of course it's me" replied the man confidently, bringing out his huge belly.

"I don't ..." Just as Michael was about to refute, he heard the sound of a new assignment and decided to check first.

Ending the call, the fat doctor fiercely exploded.

"Michael, doesn't that girl look familiar to you?" Lilith asked in a low voice.

"I don't remember, Lilith. Does she look familiar to you?" Michael answered quietly.

"Of course I do" Lilith affirmed excitedly. "She is Maki Nishikino, she belongs to U's (muse). The Idol group, but I don't know if the group already exists or is not formed yet" Lilith said as she looked at the young woman named Maki Nishikino.

"I understand" Ryuu agreed since he also felt that there was something wrong with that fat man.

The man raised his eyebrows at the request made by the young man but did not say anything because he was also suspicious of that doctor since since he entered the hospital he began to have problems with the patients who had been treated by him.

The fat man knew that now he was screwed and decided to escape quickly before being immobilized by Michael that he had moved quickly and nobody noticed. By the time they woke up, they were surprised to see Michael immobilizing the fat man
