Athena

A young girl with short silver hair with purple eyes who appeared to be in her teens was standing on the roof of a building somewhere in Italy. The girl was wearing a school uniform and a cute knitted hat on her head.

No one saw the girl because she was not an ordinary human, but a Heretic Goddess. The goddess seemed to be looking for something.

"I seek the Gorgoneion. O my serpent, I ask you, to guide this Heretic Goddess. Once again, give me wisdom from darkness, and from heaven and earth"

The heretic Goddess chanted a spell to find the Gorgoneion, the identity of this Goddess was none other than Athena who lost some of her authority so she had the appearance of a young girl.

Athena is a trinity goddess, of Medusa, Metis, and Athena.

Athena is the goddess who rules over the sky, earth and darkness. She is one of the oldest earth mother Goddesses who controls the authority of heaven, earth, and darkness.

After getting a response from the Gorgoneion, Athena disappeared from the place like the wind.

Meanwhile, Noah is on his way to Roma with his women.

After leaving the Ark, Paul told Noah that the Gorgoneion had been prepared and was currently in Roma, because the Gorgoneion was currently being sealed to avoid being discovered by Athena, so Noah could only come to get it and coincidentally Noah would also invite Stella and the others to visit Italy in god-killing world.

"Welcome, Vermilion-sama"

As soon as Noah arrived, he was greeted by the leaders of the Seven Sisters.

While other people were thinking about whether to send female knights, Paul looked at Erica who looked more mature and immediately understood something, but he didn't mind Erica's choice, after all, having a Campione like Noah as a lover was not a bad thing.

Currently in front of Noah there is an old colosseum, which seems to be a historical relic.

"Where is Gorgoneion?" Noah asked them.

"Vermilion-sama, please follow us" said Paul before leading Noah Noah into the Colosseum.

After arriving inside the colossium, Paul handed over a box containing a round stone badge with a picture of a snake-haired woman.

Taking the Badge, Noah examined it and immediately removed the seal on it so as to attract Athena's attention.

"Apologies for my rudeness, may I ask you to explain how you will handle the Gorgoneion?" Pau asked carefully when he saw Noah remove the seal on the badge.

"Nothing, I just want to call Athena here," Noah said lightly.

"Vermilion-sama please think again and consider your people" Paul was surprised by Noah's decision and asked him to place the seal before Athena found out Gorhoneion's location and came.

"I know what I'm doing, and don't worry, because there won't be a fight here" Noah assured them.

Hearing Noah's decision, they immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

A few moments later, Athena in the form of a young girl appeared in front of Noah.

"Campione, it looks like my Snake (Gorgoneion) is on you," said Athenna without expression.

"That's right, I don't want to fight with you" said Noah.

"I will take my Snake no matter what, if you get in the way then I will fight with you even though my wisdom tells me that you are dangerous" Athena said seriously.

"Athena, how about we make a deal?" Noah said.

"A deal? What a strange Campione. What do you want from me?" Athena said in surprise.

"I will return Gorgoneion to you, but you have to help me summon Hades," said Noah, putting forward a condition.

"How strange, if you only want the authority of death, then you only need to kill me, why bother?" Athena asked confusedly.

"I don't want to kill a sweet goddess like you," Noah said honestly.

"What a strange god slayer, I agree, but I need the Snake to return to my true form before I can summon Hades" said Athena

Noah without hesitation threw the Gorgoneion at Athena.

"Noah, are you sure, she won't fight you after getting the Gorgoneion?" Erica asked worriedly.

"No, she won't, and I'm sure I can handle her even if she's in his full form" Noah said confidently.

"How arrogant, Campione. But I will keep my promise, don't worry" said Athena before saying the Hymn.

"I will sing the melody of the Great God, the ruler of heaven, earth and darkness. The lament of the Queen who was cursed to become a snake. I am Athena. She is the Earth Mother who maintains all things! She is the Mistress of darkness from the underworld! Queen who spreads the wisdom of heaven! I promise Athena will return to the true Athena!"

After Athena finished chanting the Hymn, her figure changed from a young girl in her teens to a beautiful and graceful woman like a queen in her twenties wearing Chiton clothing from ancient Greece.

Athena had long silver hair that fell down to her buttocks.

With the return of Athena's true form, the skies in Italy were immediately covered in pitch darkness and all electrical equipment experienced interference before completely shutting down, plunging Italy into what Princess Alice called a starless night.

"Oh? My strength hasn't fully recovered yet, but it won't be long" said Athena with a smile that could conquer any man on her face.

Noah was amazed by Athena's beauty, who had the beauty of an arrogant Queen and made anyone who saw her want to immediately conquer this arrogant Queen if it weren't for her terrifying strength.

"So strange Campione, it's time to fulfill our agreement" said Athena with a haughty smile on her face.

"Before that Athena, can you dispel this darkness?" Noah said to Athena.

"Of course"

Athena was not like other heretical gods who would be influenced by mythology when they appeared on earth as a heretical god, she could maintain herself from being influenced by mythology so as a queen in ancient times and Mother Earth of course would not cause disasters for no reason.

Seeing Athena take back the darkness that enveloped Italy, the leaders of the magic Association breathed a sigh of relief. They didn't expect that the starless night predicted by Princess Alice would be overcome like this.

"Paul, evacuate the people of Naples, we will use the Pillar of Hera as part of the ritual" Noah ordered Paul.

After Paul gave Hera's pillar to him, he had been thinking about how to use it without damaging Naples' earth veins. So he thought of the god who had a connection with the Pillars of Hera, he now had a lot of authority, but he didn't have one directly related to death yet. So he utilized the Gorgoneion to make a deal with Athena to help him summon Hades, as Hades was the god most famous for death and the underworld. Killing Athena may not necessarily gain the authority he desires.

"As you wish, Vermilion-sama" when he heard Noah intended to evacuate the people of Naples before summoning the Heretic God, Paul was both surprised and happy that Noah was not a King who only knew to fight without consequences.

"Athena, do you need any other preparations?" Noah said to the goddess.

"No need, using the Pillars of Hera is enough," said Athena lightly.

As a Greek goddess who had a direct relationship with the twelve main gods and was the daughter of Zeus in mythology, using the medium of Hera's pillar alone was enough for her to summon Hades.
