LOVE AGAIN

They both were silent as they looked at the view in front of them. Aliya's head was still on his chest and Skyler had his arm securely wrapped on her waist.

They both stayed silently as their mind wondered off in different thoughts. Aliya was still trying to wrap her head on what was happening, it was hard to believe that in a few days this man had made her change.

She wasn't regretting her decision, she did decide to give it a second try and she wasn't going to take her words back, she was sure of that. The one thing Aliya wasn't sure of was how to love, it's been long and now she can't recall how she did it in the past.

Sure she was young and foolish then but still she did love him with all her heart but now, she couldn't possibly remember the last time she had shown a kind gesture to someone.

Skyler who noticed her change of mood panicked as he thought that she had changed her mind.

"What is it?" He asked as he looked at her worried expression.

"Don't tell me that you are....."

"No... I'm not rethinking my decision" Aliya said as she flashed one of her business smile.

Skyler was relieved when he heard her answer but when he saw the smile she gave him, his heart ached again. She was smiling but he couldn't find any emotion or feeling in it and even though her smile was sincere her eyes were still bearing that coldness.

"Tell me, what's the problem?" He asked as his eyes looked at her calmly as he gently stroked her cheek.

Aliya looked at him and she struggled to find words to say. She didn't know how to put her thoughts in sentence.

"What if.....what if I'm not able to love you?" Aliya asked as her eyes looked into his when she noticed the slight panic in his expression.

"Don't get me wrong Kai...I do want this to happen but I'm afraid it's been too long and I'm not sure if I can still recall how to love someone...it's all new for me and..." Aliya stopped when she couldn't find the right words to say.

Skyler who noticed her expression then changed their position making them both stand facing each other with his hand still holding her waist as he used the other to stroke her cheeks.

"It's okay.... I'll teach you" Skyler said with a grin on his lips as he looked at her.

Aliya who saw the grin on his face felt better. Her mood was lifted as she looked at him. Under the moonlight he was dashingly handsome and it was hard to get your eyes off him, why would you. The man in front of her was a god, he was perfection, from his hair to his eyes and nose and lips was all sculpted to perfection.

Aliya continued to stare at the man as her eyes admired his good looks.

"You seem lost" Skyler said and a teasing grin appeared on his face.

A rose colour painted both her cheeks when she noticed she had been caught and she looked away immediately.

But that didn't stop Skyler from seeing her Rosy cheeks. Aliya might not have noticed it but compare to their first meeting she was now able to show different expression and was no longer carrying that stiff face. And although her eyes were not still willing to give away anything, Skyler was sure that with time she would eventually go back to her old self again.

Aliya who had not notice the red on her cheeks continued to look through the mirror wall as she watched the busy streets.

"Let's go, it's getting late" Skyler said gently as he pulled her towards him.

Aliya couldn't disagree as it was way pass bedtime and even though she wanted to enjoy the view, she needed sleep. Aliya followed him as they both entered the bed room.

Aliya went to her side of the bed and lay down, her body was still weak and she didn't want to stress herself tonight.

Aliya watched as Skyler didn't follow her and she decided to ask.

"Aren't you going to sleep?" Aliya asked as she sat up on the bed with her eyes looking at him.

"I will, I just want to change first" He replied to her question to which Aliya just gave a nod. She was expecting him to go in the closet but Aliya was shocked when she saw his hands reach for the knot on the robe and she instinctively shut her eyes close.

Skyler's grin widened when he saw her behaviour and he lightly chuckled. He then quickly changed into his night wear with an amazed look on his face as he continued to look at Aliya.

Aliya didn't know why she shut her eyes close, it wasn't the first time she would be seeing someone naked and besides she had seen him half naked in the bathroom but she didn't know why her eyes shut when she saw him loosen the knot.

Aliya could hear his chuckle and she knew that he had done it on purpose but nevertheless she wasn't complaining.

"You can open your eyes now kitten" Skyler said with a teasing remark on his voice as he headed to the bed.

Aliya opened one eye at a time as she thought that he was still playing with her.

"What a scared little kitten I got" Skyler said as he joined her on the bed.

Aliya who had her two eyes opened was shock to hear what he had called her.

"I'm not scared" She retorted back as she laid on the bed.

'Scared' she wasn't scared of anything.

Skyler lay down on his side of the bed as he looked at her with a grin on his lips.

"Then why did you close your eyes?" Skyler continued to ask as he looked at her eyes.

Aliya couldn't believe that he was talking about it so casually like it was a normal thing.

"Because...I... didn't want you to think that I'm a pervert" Aliya said her last piece as she then turned her head and faced the other side of the room.

Skyler's grin didn't leave as it spread on his lips, Aliya might not have noticed it but she had said that she had closed her eyes because she didn't want him to think that she was a pervert, she was now begining to consider his thoughts.

He then placed his arm on her waist as he shifted closer to her and now he was the one invading her side of the bed.

"Skyler.."

"Go to sleep Aliya, I promise not to do anything more" He said with his calm voice and his hands still on her waist.

Aliya didn't say anything else and just let it be, a part of her was longing for his touch and now that he had touched her she didn't want him to stop.
