"Can I really call it a marriage since it only lasted a few hours," she sighed, "it was more like a funeral than a wedding, most of it was a blur. From what I do remember was seeing tears on the faces of my loved ones, yet no one made any move to stop that decrepit old maniac from marrying me."
Some soap got into Kaoma's mouth and she made some gurgling sounds before she continued.
"I remember feeling a range of emotions like anger, resentment, disappointment and sadness. What was supposed to be the happiest day of my life turned into a farce that night. He treated me like I was disposable from the start and when he tried to kiss me, I remember recoiling with disgust, it was nothing like when you kissed me. Do you like kissing me?"
His eyes hadn't left her lips the entire time, was this a trick question?
When he didn't answer and just kept on scrubbing her back with soap.
Kaoma felt overcome with a worse feeling than being annoyed.
