All the people are gathered in one place
Eve returned home later that night and she silently went to her room where she locked herself in. She wasn't sure if Maidservant Ann was asleep in her room or if the princess had already returned or if she would be staying in the Queen's quarters for the night. But that was the least of her worries at the moment. She took the thick blanket from the side of the bed and spread it open where she now laid herself in bed and covered herself. Her body shivered under the warm blanket and she felt sick…she was sick from everything.
