Grace's footsteps slowed as she caught sight of her sister stepping away from a nearby house, her expression tightening as understanding dawned. She crossed her arms, a skeptical frown creasing her brow as she called out, "Why are you coming from that house? And what exactly were you doing there?"
Her sister turned, a glimmer of amusement dancing in her eyes, lips curving into a playful smirk. She shrugged, feigning innocence, though the gleam in her gaze betrayed her mischief. "Relax, Grace," she said, brushing a strand of hair over her shoulder, her movements languid, almost feline. "I just went to… see something."
