Prelude to the Abyss

"My liege the gate is about to open." A shadowed figure speaks to me from behind the throne. "Then I guess it's time to prepare." The figure sitting on the throne stands. He slowly grows taller as he stands slowly. Each flex of his muscles seems to shake the surrounding space.

He stands in a massive throne room. It extends to about the size of a baseball stadium. It has black pillars laced with blue engraving. spaced evenly near the edges of the room and at the center is a lake. The lake radiates off an eerie energy that almost exudes power like it is the origin of all power.

The tall figure walks to the lake. He gazes into the lake and his figure is exposed. He is not exactly human. He. Has a human figure. A devilish-looking figure at that. He's tall almost reaching 6'5 his face is devilishly handsome he has a square jaw with a slightly sharp chin. He has pale white skin but the similarities to a human stop there. His hair is silver and reaches to his middle back. his eyes are a deep purple almost as if you're looking into an abyss. And if you look down further you can see his nicely toned body. Almost as if he was sculpted by a master artisan. He's toned but not bulky. You wouldn't expect him to be so powerful under this smaller build. His body is covered in black scales that shine with a deep blue light. And behind him, he has a tail. His tail is probably the most notable part of him. It has blades running down both sides of his tail which is twice his height.

The handsome figure flexes his tail and swipes right hitting one of the pillars. A massive ear-splitting shockwave stretches across the throne room. The shockwave was so powerful that even a nuclear bomb would be put to shame but the figure doesn't even flinch. The figure walks into the lake and we see a massive shadow form slowly inching closer to the figure the figure speaks again with a smile "It's time to wake up. I have some food for you." As the vision slowly faded to black. We return to the dreamer whose future is undecided
