A tall and blonde man was standing on the door. He had wrinkles around his lips and on his forehead. But he was dressed eleganlty, despite his age, he was attractive enough to make a madien fall for him.

It was Ambrosius Balister standing there. Domitia stood hurriedly to greet him. Juli stay seated and didn't greet him properly. She only slightly bowed her head and eyelashes.

"I don't remember inviting someone here. But I'm seeing beautiful maidens here. Can I know the reason for this blessing?", Ambrosius asked.

"I'm here to meet you and discuss something.", Juli replied coldly.

"And, you?", Ambrosius looked at Domitia and asked.

"I..."

"Domitia could please give us some privacy.", Juli grabbed Domitia's trembling hands and comforted her.

"Yes, sure.", Domitia responded and before leaving she whispered something in Juli's ears.

After Domitia left, Ambrosius sat on the sofa and asked, "What did she whisper in your ears?"
