Chapter 3: Company

I was the new girl at the company of Yun,

"Hey you! You're the new girl right? Riya Ju?" A strange voice was heard, it was a group of coworkers, they seemed kind so I gave them a soft smile. "Yeah!" a warm tone was heard in my voice.

"Awh!! You're so cute! I'm Jen, I'll show you around!" A girl with a ponytail said, she put her arm on my shoulder.

After she showed me around, Someone came running and yelling. Everyone looked at the man running. "Ahh!! Miss Yun is coming! Hurry!" They started panicking.

"Why are they panicking?" "Miss Yun is a fearful boss! she's so scary and cold.." She said,

then, she noticed a cold figure behind her.

"Move." She said hostilely. She froze and got out of her way. Yun grabbed me and put me beside her.

"This is Riya. She's new." She said, unbothered. I looked awkward and uncomfortable, The salary was high, so I hope this will be worth my time.

Yun then left, when she went in her office, everyone looked so scared for me. "Wahh!! She's terrifying!" Everyone commented.

It had only been a few days since we last spoke, our wedding was upcoming, i was anxious and nervous.

I spent all my time working, I barely gotten any rest. I was turning into a workaholic.

After a week.

"Riya, come to my office" Yun said on the speaker, everyone was whispering and terrified of what might happen to me. I went to her office and shut the door, trembling uncontrollably.

"Our wedding is near. I think in about, five days."

"What? I thought we had more time! They said few weeks.." "Well I pulled a few more strings so they moved the date up.

Oh and I want you to come to my office everyday and work on this secret project." She had informed me.

I was already stressed for the wedding now this? I knew she was going to be hard on me, but I didn't expect this.

"But.." "No complaining, you can't say no.

..You may leave now." She told me, still looking at the paper works, not even glancing at me for a few minutes.

I went out her office and gave them an awkward thumbs up and a smile.

"Are you okay Riya?!" "did she hurt you?.." "What happened?" They bombed me with questions, I explained the project thing to them, but I didn't reveal the truth of who I am to Yun, I kept it a secret for now.

I wonder, how will they found out?
