Chapter 15: Teuchi! I've come to challenge!

Teuchi's day was the same as always.

He would wake up, prepped his ingredients and be ready for the whole day of cooking Ramen.

Seeing his customers being happy whenever they ate his food, a constant smile would always appear on his face while serving ramen to his happy customers who dine in his establishment.

It should be a normal day for him. Remembering that the 4th Hokage and his wife that dined in his place, even the students that grew up to be top ninjas also come here time after time.

But this time...

"Teuchi! I've come to bargain-I mean challenge!"

An energetic youth had come to challenge him. He didn't expect that someone would constantly bother him, an ordinary ramen chef, in a battle of cooking no less.

While his ramen was good, it shouldn't warrant a kid like him to a cooking battle.

"I, Hiroki, want to be the best chef in the world. Fight me!"

Without any ounce of shame, Hiroki wishes to challenge Teuchi to a cooking battle as the man simply laughs like he enjoys the kid's antics.

"Hahaha! I can't decline a request from a kid. I accept!"

Since his best costumer's passing, he doesn't get any good sales lately and it would be just another boring day for Teuchi who stands in his stall. So, he might as well have some entertainment with a child who wishes to compete with him.

Yet, he never expected that Hiroki would be a boon in his life.

"Dammit! I lost!"

"Com'on kid. You got spunk for making a good dish at the very least. Quite a good dish if I say so myself."

"I'll be back! After I get better, I'll challenge you again Mr. Teuchi!"

"I'll wait for that kid. Get good then!"

Hiroki made a dish using the tools and ingredients he brought up yet it couldn't be compared to years of experience Teuchi whose serving the best Ramen, could compare to.

Hiroki could only kneel down in defeat yet still determined to win against the famous Ramen Chef if its the last thing he'll do.

He still has slowly been implementing the Mods into the world and slowly learning and improving the efficiency to gather resources faster, even starting to make infinite resources which needed far more EXP than what he expected.

Yet with the Automated Farm slowly gathering EXP and trying to show up more to people(he felt hiding would cause more suspicion and decide to make a profile for himself), he decided to spend time using Teuchi as his cover to slowly make his existence to the people here.

Ninjas are Paranoid.

Tend to overthink to the point where you suspect anyone to have a hidden motive. Hell, even Hiruzen knows his friend wanted to kill him in the open yet acts like a kind person on the surface.

Hiroki knows that he would soon be exposed if he keeps his actions like mining around Konoha and no cover to hide from, suspicions will arise and he might even get himself cornered if he doesn't cover himself up.

He could try and lay low which is good on the surface but if you want to use the Plot as convenience, you'll eventually be found out later even if you hide well. Paranoia is a B**** and no way in hell Ninjas here won't suspect your Bulls*** to work for long.

Hiroki opt for being high-profile and decide to make his cover as a child who wants to challenge Teuchi to a cooking battle.

Why did he think so?

1. Teuchi is a character who tends to make contact with the characters, especially a blond kid whose fond with his food.

2. Hiruzen would suspect Hiroki at first and look for information about him before leaving him alone as he is just an ordinary Civilian whose focus on surpassing some Ramen Chef.

3. Danzo doesn't want a useless kid and will ignore him out of convenience and wasteful manpower to follow him.

4. Even if he makes contact with Naruto or any characters, it will mostly be just a normal interaction between Ninjas and ordinary conversation.

Hiroki knows how complex political matters are handled and those old men who sit on those chairs don't compare to modern politics and someone who has a psychological understanding of them.

While he lacks social communication, he has more understanding on Politics, Psychological and Social awareness since growing up in a world where he understands the Darkness of the world and knows how to hurt a person through psychological manipulation of the heart.

But Hiroki doesn't do that, he is a Pacifist and a good person.

He never once made a rich man commit suicide because he hurt his cousin and tried to blackmail her.

No way, he would never make someone create scandals on him, drove his family's company into bankruptcy, caused his girlfriend to cheat on him and even cause his parents to divorce.

Hiroki isn't a vengeful person at all.

Because he would never 'harm' a man, 'harm' a man's property, 'Steal' someone's wife and even 'catfish' a wife's husband...

...please ignore the last one...

Anyways, Hiroki is a good man.

He knows that the best way to get out of someone's detection is to be exposed early from the start and start an undercover mission. Paranoid people always suspect those who are cunning but there's one thing Hiroki is best at.

Being an idiot.

Going back to the orphanage which he stayed. He already knows that Naruto was already kicked out and started living alone.

This was quite cruel to see in Real Life but Hiroki suddenly noticed that everyone seemed to be fine...like it was normal for Naruto to be kicked out...

Then, he suddenly realizes that everything here seems to act 'Dimensional' and doesn't really act like humans at all.

Logic here seems to think that it was fine to kick a 2 year old and live alone, no one bothered to think more about how no one seems to know about the 4th Hokage's son appearance, how people don't know about how the Uzumaki name doesn't ring any bells to these people and how...there's so much plot holes yet no one here seems to question it.

'No, no theories, ignore everything you know and just move on. You aren't built for being a smartass, just ignore everything and don't stick your noses on everything.'

'Just do three things in this world. Build a shield on the planet, mess with that S****y Hokage and Kill Danzo....wait...'

Now that Hiroki noticed it, he seemed a bit...relaxed more than usual and felt like there was something missing which troubles him...

'Meh, must've been the wind...'

Hiroki moves sneakily around the orphanage as to make it seem like he exists here, he slowly goes into a secret entrance which he built as he went inside and slowly made his way to the secret base he built which was a bit far from the village, just on the edge of the forest.

"The experiment should be finished today yet I dunno if Minecraft logic would work in Real Life."

As he reaches his base and moves to an area where there was a room which the door was made of metal, he pulls up a shield as he was prepared for a fight.

After opening the door, he let his guard down as a surprise appeared on his face, seeing that his experiment was a success.

Yet...

"W-who are you...?"

Somehow, the girl can't seem to recognize him and tilted her head in confusion as she seems confused. Not only forgetting who she was but also doesn't know everything apart from being in this room.

Brown hair which only reaches near her chin, brown eyes that shows a confusion on her situation. A unique feature of having purple...

Forget explaining. You guys already know that its Rin Nohara.

Hiroki was trying to test to see if he can resurrect people by using the same trick Players did to revive the villagers in Minecraft.

It was mostly curiosity since he wanted to try to see that if its possible or not and he wanted to experiment on people he knows in the show.

He would have tried either Nawaki or Kushina but doesn't know if its possible considering that those two are more powerful and might have to use Notch apples to resurrect them.

But then he remembered Rin.

'I only resurrected her because I was a nice person, not because she was easy to test and can be used to troll people.'

Looking at her who is confused, Hiroli smiled like a kind person that he is...

"My name is Hiroki and I'm your boyfriend!"

Hiroki is a good kid. He would never mess with a depressed adult and a love-obssessed psychopath. He just wanted to have fun in this world.
