Her mind is fixed. She made up her mind. And this time, there is no turning back. She will leave with a determined heart. She keeps on saying, “What happened in the past, stay in the past.” as she packs her stuff. And with her small luggage, she’s ready to leave.

Chapter 2: Melbourne's CBD, 8:30am.

The SkyBus finally depart. Chloe sits on the front side. She doesn't need much room for her not-so-big luggage and her carry-on. The journey will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes in total. Depending on the crowd. She is hoping that it won't take that long to reach Melbourne's CBD. She let her sister know that she aboard the SkyBus already. "Okay, take care and let me know if you have reached our train station. We'll pick you up."

During the journey, she looked at the window and all she can see is the clear blue sky of Melbourne. Today's weather is good. Even though it's quite chilly, but the sky is really clear. Chloe can see the cloud and she smiles. She loves Melbourne's blue sky. It's a rare sight to see from her hometown. And even if she lives on the 25th floor, but the sky isn't clear enough for her to see anything.

The journey to Melbourne's CBD is quite smooth. The bus reaches the station after 45 minutes of driving. Chloe prepares herself as she is walking out from the bus. She thanked the bus driver as she leaves. She just needs to walk through that door and take up the elevator, and she will meet with the train station. Chloe looked at her phone, and it's already 8:30am. The CBD is already packed with people. It's normal, since it's located in one of the Melbourne's heart.

Chloe stops by for a minute. She walked to a small coffee shop nearby the exit door of the station. She remember this coffee shop where she always stops by while waiting.

"Good morning, how are you? How I can help you with?" the Barista smiles as she greets Chloe.

Chloe smiles back. "Good morning, I'm fine thank you. Can I get a small sized hot latte please? And less sugar, please." The barista nodded and then ask for her name. "Chloe".

"It will cost you $3.50; do you want to pay by cash or tap the card?" Chloe gave out her cash of $5 and in return she received $1.50. "Please wait over there mam, I will call out your name once it's ready!".

Chloe scoots and find a spot at the end. She loosens up her scarf a little bit. It's getting quite warmer as she just walked quite some steps. She chillaxes a little when she heard the barista calling out her name. She took her coffee and she thanked God that the coffee is hot enough to warm her hand. The weather is quite chilly today. She can see smokes came out from her coffee. It proves on how hot the coffee is. She drinks her hot coffee, but her mind is wondering again to that night…

Chloe saw piles of women clothes and a pair of red stilettos on her corridor. She never owns stilettos before. Chloe is not a fan of walking with high heels, which makes her feels as if she's walking on an eggshell. She always prefers flipflops or slip-on shoes instead. So, when she saw those stilettos, she knew something went wrong. It's not hers. She walked inside carefully. She puts down her working bag. Her head is started to feel dizzy and her mind is traveling.

The door to her bedroom is closed. She put her ears close so she could listen what's happening on the inside. The living room is empty, though she can see that the pillow is on the floor and it's quite messy. The TV is still on, and the air purifier is still working. Chloe can feel her heartbeat is moving fast. "It must be him with someone else. But who?" Her mind is wandering on whose stilettos it could be. She's hoping is not someone whom she know. It might break her more.

When Chloe listened to her bedroom, she can hear a moaning sound and giggling in the between. She recognizes one of the voice. It's her fiancé! But what about the other voice? Who does it belong to? Chloe grabs the handle of the door, preparing herself to open it. Preparing herself on knowing who's in the bed with her fiancé. She can feel her sweat as she prepares her heart to open the door. She hold the door handle for quite some time.

"Mam?" a voice calling her, bring Chloe back. "Ah, yes?".

"Sorry to disturb you, would you like me to clean this for you?" the barista pointed out at her now empty glass of coffee. Chloe nodded, "Oh yes please. And thank you". The barista quickly cleans up after her and smile. Chloe finally put her mind back into the reality. She just realized that it's 9:30am already, and she's still in the CBD. It will take her another an hour to reach her sister home. She better hurry up or else she will miss lunch date with her sister and little Jerry.

Chloe walked out of the coffee shop and she headed to the train station. She filled up her PTV's Card before getting in. She looked around to find the correct platform. 'Aha, that's the one!' she talked to herself as she found it. She went there and find an empty chair. She will need to wait 10 minutes for the next train. She takes out her phone and snap a picture to send to her sister. Letting her know that she's on the way.

After waiting for quite some time, the train is finally here. Chloe and other people are start to pilling up the train's door. Chloe walked inside. She chose an empty seat by the window. She sits there and thanked God she arrived sound and safe. She's not a believer like her mother want her to be, but at least here and there she still remembers to thanks God. Just like now, when the train is moving, Chloe secretly thanks God for this safe journey. And she prays that God will bless her for another journey as well.
