Can I trust you? (Part 1)

Eleo felt his body being elevated, he saw two paramedics carrying him inside an ambulance. Eleo went to the hospital while Oriana reunited with her parents. When Mr. Summer and his family reached the hospital to meet Eleo, Oriana fainted. It turned out that she was under the cold weather for too long and experienced mild hypothermia. Both Eleo and Oriana were treated at the same hospital. First few days of treatment, Eleo remained unconscious because his body was too weak. On the other hand, Oriana recovered well but if she stood for too long, she felt dizzy. The doctor recommended she get plenty of rest and could be discharged after a few days.

The next day, Eleo awakens but ends up throwing a tantrum. He threw away all the food and medicines. Since, neither Eleo's parents nor Oriana's parents were at the hospital, the doctor told this matter to Oriana so that she could calm him down while they contacted their guardian. However, she stopped the doctor from contacting any of them. Oriana, who was still with her drip inserted, walked towards Eleo's room. She saw two bodyguards in front of his room, they were working for her dad and her dad appointed them to protect Eleo. When she stopped in front of the room's door, she heard a nurse trying to console Eleo, and at the same time, she also heard clattering sounds. She knocked on the door and carefully entered the room. Once she entered, a pillow landed right a step away from her feet after Eleo threw it out of anger.

Eleo noticed someone entered the room and saw Oriana standing wearing a hospital gown and drips hanging beside her. He lost his words and felt guilty looking at Oriana's condition. Before leaving, the nurse reminded both of them to press the button if they needed anything. Oriana saw Eleo's right hand and right leg bandaged. His face was quite swollen as well. She slowly walked towards Eleo and sat beside him. Eleo turned his face to the opposite side and avoided Oriana's eye contact. Oriana slowly reached Eleo's left hand and held it. Softly she said, "Hey, are you hungry? Do you want to eat something?"

Eleo, unable to refuse her after looking at her condition, nodded as an indication to agree with her. She pressed the button and when the nurse arrived she requested her to prepare some food for Eleo and clean up the mess. When the food arrived, Oriana tried to feed him but Eleo said, "It's okay. I will eat myself." She sat there till he finished his food and medicines. The staff also finished cleaning up the room. Oriana stood up to leave the room. When she left the room, she almost collapsed but fortunately, one of the bodyguards held her and helped her to return to her room. Eleo didn't notice this as Oriana collapsed after the room door closed. After a while, Mr. and Mrs. Summer visited Oriana with her favorite food. Oriana requested her mother to visit Eleo and comfort him. Mrs. Summer patted Oriana's head and left while smiling and Mr. Summer stayed to accompany Oriana.

Mrs. Summer entered Eleo's room, she slowly walked towards Eleo's bed and sat beside him. She caressed him and hugged him. None of them spoke a word and both remained silent while hugging each other. After a while, Mrs. Summer told him, "Eleo, I know it's a hard situation but you need to stay strong. We all are here for you. Don't worry, child." Later, Eleo had his dinner and Mrs. Summer left after he fell asleep.

The next day police officers came to meet Oriana at the hospital, they wanted her to testify regarding the incident. She told them everything she saw on the day Eleo was abducted. Next, they went to Eleo's room and the doctor made sure Eleo was in stable condition before the police officers entered the room. They wanted Eleo's parents to testify as well but they were unable to return as their flight was canceled due to heavy snow. On the contrary, as the guardian for Eleo, both his aunt and uncle were unreachable as they were not picking up any calls. Later, all of them gathered in that room while one of the police officers concluded the whole case. It turned out Estella's father, Mr. Robert was bankrupt and planned to kidnap Eleo to demand payment of a ransom from his parents. Mr. Robert forced Estella to spike Eleo's drink and dragged him to the kidnapper named Mr. Peter.

Five years ago, Mr. Peter worked as a bodyguard and one week ago he was released from prison because he harmed a police officer while on duty to guard his past employee. He agreed to kidnap Eleo because he currently needed money to live in that city. The police officer also mentioned that they interrogated Mr. Peter and he confessed that he kidnapped Eleo after receiving orders from Mr. Robert. However, he stopped when Oriana came into the scene because his past employee was Oriana's grandfather, Mr. Wellington and he was warned not to harm any of Mr. Summer's family and friends. He was terrified that Mr. Wellington would incriminate him if anything happened to Oriana. Unfortunately, both Eleo's and Oriana's grandparents passed away a few years ago. Mr. Peter wasn't aware of the news since he was imprisoned for the past five years and blew off the kidnap plan. Estella was sent to her relative's house while her father and Mr. Peter would be imprisoned if they were found guilty.

Later in the evening, Oriana was discharged and went back home. On the other hand, Eleo was required to stay at the hospital until he was completely recovered.
