Looking at it from the other side

You know when I joined up for the town guard I didn't think it would be so boring. Of course there was that time a few days back when the Nohalanslurg kid was kicked out that gave me something to do at least.

As the guard was thinking this he suddenly saw to distinct figures in the distance coming out of the forest.

'What's going on I know nobody's been out of the village for a bit.'

As he was thinking that he could make out the two figures more and more. The first figure was definitely a man with straight black hair and cobalt blue eyes though they were a bit weird looking. The thing that really got his attention though was just how tall the guy was at 6" 2' it was honestly kind of intimidating compared to his own 5" 10' height.

Then there was the child next to him. His eyes could only widen as he noticed the mechanical eye and familiar face. It was then that he noticed the base of the man's neck which he could see metal visibly coming from.

He instantly sounded the alarm and put everyone on alert. Once the rest of the guards were on the wall and looking at the two of them the two stopped moving and looked at them in anticipation.

Then the taller man started yelling.

"Hey pussy's I bet you 100 gold you couldn't fuck you girlfriend if you had a 12 inch cock!"

Of course he didn't stop.

"I bet you my dead grandma could stab a spear forward harder than you cocksuckers could!"

"You guys probably sell your bodies more than a whore after she got a nice bath!"

"How many times have you guys stabbed each other in the dick because you didn't listen when they taught you how to thrust a stick forward!?"

Silence. Absolute silence. All I could do was look at this man as if he was fucking crazy. Then the guy next to me fucking exploded in rage.

"I'll fucking gut you, you cocksucker!!!"

That just caused the two of them to run into the woods of course the idiots instantly jumped from the walls and went after them all I could do was watch in bewilderment. Of course one of them saw me not coming and motioned for me to come with them and like any grown, mature, and brave man I decided to stay and protect the women and children.

So I waited and waited constantly wondering when they were gonna get back before finally i saw someone come out of the woods. Fortunately it was the captain though he seemed to be signaling something to me.

And why was he so red looking now? Wait what the hell was that!? Right in front of him a black shadow descended on the captain ripping his head off and sending his head into the sky only to be gobbled up by the thing that had sent it up in the first place.

As the thing stopped moving I recognised what it was. An iron wolf. One of the most deadly predators in the area able to kill a man with a single bite. All I could do was look at it in fear as it finished off the captain and turned towards me.

It snarled as it moved towards the village and scanned the area looking for prey. Of course by this point I had already got to the ground in fear. I could hear it jump over the wall and start tearing into everyone near it.

I slowly moved from my spot on the wall to the other side of it and slowly moved towards the woods. As the screams of the village got farther away the farther I got I let out a sigh of relief once I was out of sight behind a tree.

*CRACK

Then dull pain as I felt the life flow out of me and onto the ground. As I fell over and looked at my killer and I saw the face of my attacker. The same man that had made fun of me the same man who i was sure had doomed the village. The same man who had seen my cowardice.
