Chapter 2

Just then the bell rings. I am shocked and push past them and bolt for my first class. Leaving them there. I get to my first period and sit down in the back row. The teacher walks in and starts her lesson. No matter how hard I try I can not pay attention. I cant even think straight. I start to gaze out the window while me and Zara talk. "Do you really think that we have 2 mates?" I say to Zara. Zara responds with "We are unique already so possibly." "I always thought that I only got you because of the deaths. Why would I even deserve 2 mates and alphas at that." Zara growls "The moon goddess doesn't make a mistake. They must be our mates. We deserve this. Dont even think about rejecting them." she said shutting me out leaving me to my thoughts.

when first period ends I leave the class only to be greeted by Skylar and Tyler. I groan. "Hey princess." Skylar says. Tyler just smiles. I roll my eyes and start the walk to my next class with them tight on my heels. I stop and spin around and glare at them both. "Stop following me around." Skylar growls as his eyes turn black. Tyler puts a hand on his chest holding him back a bit. Tyler looks at me and smiles. "No can do babe. Your ours. We won't be leaving you alone ever." "I'm not even 18 until tomorrow. So therefore I cant be your mate." I roll my eyes and go into my next class. leaving them wide eyed. I sit down in the far back row and continue to think. In walks my psychology teacher. He begins to rant about the brain. I already know it since I read a few chapters ahead. It's my favorite subject. Once the bell rings for lunch we all grab our stuff and head out. I meet up with Beth at my locker and put all my books away grabbing the next few I need. Zara slightly whines in my head and I have no clue what is going on. Beth and I head to the lunchroom and grab a lunch. We find our usually spot outside and take a seat. we begin eating lunch and talking about everything that's happened today. "Wow. How does it feel to have two mates?" she exclaims. "I dont know. I'm not 18 until tomorrow. I have no clue why they think I'm their mate yet. They were waiting for me after first period and I told them that." "Well I dont understand how they could mix it up. I mean it's usually the wolf that knows who is theirs." she said as she took a bite of her pizza. I changed the subject and talked about school topics. She didn't mind because she loved school.

We were In the middle of a discussion when here comes Skylar and Tyler. They set their trays down and sit on either side of me. I look at Beth and roll my eyes. She giggles. "What are we talking about babe" Tyler says. "Do you hear something?" I ask Beth. She shrugged her shoulders and giggled. A growl escapes Skylar "You know you hear us. Stop being so stubborn." I roll my eyes and pick my tray up I turn around and slam the food on his face. "I already told you both. I'm not your mate. You have me confused with someone else! Now if you will excuse me I have classes to attend." The bell rings and I get up with Beth who is straight shocked. I drag her all the way to class. The next few classes we have together. Zara growls at me for doing what I did. I just shut her out. once all of my classes are over I go to my locker and grab the 3 books I need for homework and put them in my bag. I begin the journey home.

Walking home I put my earbuds in and blared my music in my ear. I start to dance to the music and just letting go of every thing. I can feel all my troubles start to melt away. Then I feel eyes watching me. I stop all movements and turn to the forest. I see nothing. so i continue to look around and still I dont see anything. I continue my walk but at a faster pace. I still feel someone or something watching me. I get to the pack house and rush in slamming the door behind me. I run up to my room and lock myself inside. I continue to tell myself that its nothing. Calming down I continue to listen to my music and start studying. Then a knock on my door. I open it and low and behold it's the twins. I roll my eyes and start to close the door when Skylar pushes it back open.
