Detective Carl and his team went back to Mayor's house to do another swift.

When they completed their search, by following Philips document, they found evidence that pointed into one conclusion "Drug Addiction and party drugs", everything that transpired is due to hallucination, it all makes sense now, that's why all their stories about Amelia flew and smashed at the wall was because there have been a brawl and Amelia was thrown and clashed with front door by one of their Classmate.

They collected blood samples of all the involved students including Gerard, only Gerard results came out negative on drug residue.

Detective Carl reported their finding that Mayor Ferguson was not happy about this result, that's why he asked for Philips' report and found out the same result.
