Mate to the Heartless Alpha

On a night so beautiful and calm, to the extent it was almost suspicious. A lady walked through a garden, it was called the garden of death due to the amount of bodies beneath it but all she could see was beauty and excellence. She was adorned in exquisite scarlet garment, embodying timeless elegance, she took slow steps as her mind was heavy with thoughts. 'The Red moon is coming soon' she thought and sighed. For others this was a time to rejoice, as the new Alpha would be crowned. Her mate would become ruler. She was to be brimming with excitement but her face was pale and she looked rather lost. Because for her this was the time she would be separated from her mate. She knew the ritual wouldn't be a success, she cursed the gods for giving her this power and the ability to see the future, which never failed to bring her sadness over and over. 'Lui Feng, I promise to return so please hold on', she thought tears filling her eyes. Lui Feng would do well without her, at least she hoped he would. He didn't. He grew colder and colder everyday after her death, much colder than he was before he met. Now she had been reincarnated, would she be able to melt his cold heart and face the many tribulations ahead as another moon wad coming? Happy Reading :) Disclaimer: I do not own the cover.

Lui Taio

"You've become heartless dear brother, how could you forget about the curse and leave your brothers behind?!" Lui Taio exclaimed. His warm brown eyes turned midnight blue and glowed with otherworldly intensity revealing his turbulent emotions within. Anyone who saw him at that moment would doubt he was the number one Idol and artist in the whole of Asia.

Lui Taio had a fiery charisma and was the definition of beauty in Asia. He was also the pettiest amongst the Lui brothers and the most favored since he was thought of as the least mischievous.

Lui Taio was only readable when he wanted to be, and putting up walls or facades was child's play for him that was probably why he made it so big in the entertainment industry.

Lui Feng had always been the apple of Taio's eyes and a nuisance in Shui's, the brothers were complex beings each different in their own way. Even in strengths, weaknesses, character, and looks there was almost no similarity, yet somehow they blended and were able to keep up with each other.

"Tch. How rude, is that how you're to treat your big brother?" He replied, his grin not leaving his face, but his mind was calculating his next move how did this idiot find out about Li Jing's reincarnation? It seemed like Claude's master was still proving he had all the cards but he wasn't going to budge. Suddenly Taio's eyes turned back to normal and he sighed giving his best stage smile.

Getting back in character.

"Just tell me where she is or should I track her down myself?" His aura was charismatic but his sharp gaze never left Feng's eyes. He wanted more of a reaction from Lui Taio but it seemed the kid was getting good at putting up a façade.

They would be able to deal with this if they weren't all so stubborn, but sadly they were and neither of them wanted to accept defeat.

"Do it yourself then", he said and walked away, either way, Lui Taio was going to find her. Great now that they've had a family reunion things were going to get more complicated, why were the stars aligned against him all the time? He pinched his brows while sneaking a glance at the youngest Lui pack son

'Taio you've become bold...' he thought then he smirked and left.

Taio stood there frustration was evident on his face but there was also longing in his eyes, he gave a sad smile. He had guessed this was what the person who cursed them wanted disharmony and complication, which would cause them to drift away from each other and later cause the fall of the Lui pack. He laughed at the fact that they had no choice.

'Lui Feng I miss those times' he thought and started walking away, he even missed bickering with Lui Shui. But they weren't allowed to give up. Or else all of them would disappear, what a sick game that was played on them, no wonder their father was strict with them, so they would be able to handle the repercussions of the mess he made.

He grabbed his phone and called his father who was happy about the situation since if Lui Taio could be able to take that girl away from Feng things would go back to normal.

Lui Feng was always a tool for the Lui pack and he'd never let him escape that, not as long as he lived. Having feelings was the worst mistake someone in power could make. He smiled and sent all the girl's information to his third son.

He stared at the picture of the girl, he felt sad that she was lost in the crossfire. She got herself indulged in what was supposed to be hidden from her but this was her sad fate. It was either her or the Lui pack but he wouldn't think twice in making a choice. For a moment a flash of something unreadable showed in his eyes for a split second but he was fast to suppress it and took the picture and disposed of it.

Lui Taio walked towards the house his father told him about, there was only nervousness in his eyes he wondered if she had regained her memory. He looked around he was sure Feng would try to stop him, but there wasn't any sign of the second Lui son.

He continued to walk nonchalantly but his eyes were sharp. Still, there was no sign of Lui Feng, was he hoping for his brother to stop him? He stopped in front of the door and shook his head to get rid of his thoughts.

He was about to ring the doorbell when the door opened almost hitting his face but he skillfully dodged it without breaking a sweat. Then he sighed rubbing his forehead when his eyes met hers and the air suddenly became strange but comfortable, Yu Yan's eyes slowly widened when she realized who was in front of them but what was he doing here? For some reason, Lui Taio decided to turn around but just as he was about to the girl gave a bright smile.

"I'm Ying Yue nice to meet you, have we met before?", she said and Lui Taio's heart skipped a beat. Did she remember him?

"You're Taio, you're an icon!", she almost shouted out of excitement, turning into fan girl mode making a certain someone want to smash Taio's head against a wall, Lui Taio frowned he would have been happy if she remembered him but once again he was disappointed. This was progress at least she was a fan.

"Wow, I feel like I'm dreaming but what are you doing here?" She asked, still looking as if she badly wanted to ask for an autograph. But Lui Taio froze with the question did she know yet? Knowing Lui Feng he wouldn't have told her, he needed to think of an excuse fast.

"I heard you were an excellent artist wanna grab lunch and of course your friend can come too", he said with the most charming smile he could muster that would make heads turn but this girl stopped and thought for a while before she answered. That was his million-dollar smile, geez.

"Sure, I'd love to", Ying Yue replied and that was it, the eavesdropper snapped.
