The rest, humans be they or thralls, exercised some caution during the first clash, attacking and giving way to others, but as the fight rumbled on they got braver by the minute seeing the enemy so weak, even they were better when the earth was invaded
Every land walker was sliced apart, stabbed to death or sashed into smithernes, flyers were shot down withhin moments and even the few beasts who tried attacking from underground were squashed in the very place they took cover with under the earth mage's skills
And these were not even the usual combat units, the one's manning the front, other than Ellis, were all usually backup or on standby
