MARVEL: SILVER SUPERMAN OF ASGARD

Rhodes found himself transported to the Marvel universe where he assumed the role of a nobleman, the son of a duke in ancient Northern Europe on Earth. He harbored aspirations of dominance, only to be unexpectedly drawn to Asgard, the mystical realm of the fairies, where he became a servant to Hela, the formidable goddess of death. Being bound in servitude for a lifetime was a dire fate, but providentially, he inherited the extraordinary genes of Superman Silver. These genes endowed him with the remarkable ability to grow stronger by simply basking in the sun and rapidly adapt to various challenges by evolving new abilities. The might of Silver Superman was beyond comprehension, granting him unparalleled power and dominance. He ascended to become the ruler of Asgard, asserting his dominion over the entire universe. When confronted with the name Thanos, he scoffed, proclaiming, "Thanos? This mere mortal? I could extinguish him with a mere breath!" CHAPTER 53

Black Widow, a super agent known for her exceptional marksmanship, effortlessly picked off the Chitauri fighters one by one with precise shots. The guns wielded by these fighters exploded upon impact, splattering them into pieces, even turning some of them into a gruesome mess of juice and debris.

As Black Widow continued to fire the Chitauri's gun, the energy within it quickly depleted. She couldn't help but comment, "Why is the recoil of this darned gun so strong?"

Meanwhile, Iron Man, providing air support, noticed the colossal mechanical leviathans in the sky. These large mechanical leviathans posed a far greater threat than the swarming Chitauri flying machines.

Iron Man had been able to obliterate the Chitauri flying machines with his missiles, but the continuous appearance of these flying machines was making him increasingly frustrated.

Tony Stark grumbled, "Are these guys part of the fly family? Such a nuisance."

At that moment, his suit's system provided some guidance. "The large mechanical leviathans possess even greater destructive power, accounting for 65% of the total threat. Prioritize eliminating them."

Stark acknowledged, "Of course, I'm well aware."

He flew towards one of the massive mechanical fish, hovering above it. Extending mechanical components from his wrists, he combined his palms into a head-sized energy weapon.

"Hey there, big fella. Ready for a big blast?"

Stark unleashed a thick beam of energy from his palms, striking the massive mechanical fish squarely. The creature spasmed violently before crashing to the ground, causing extensive damage to nearby buildings. It lay motionless, apparently defeated.

Stark sighed, "These things are really getting on my nerves."

The suit's system reminded him, "Energy levels for the laser beam are dropping rapidly. Current energy at 60%. Use it judiciously."

Meanwhile, in the midst of the chaotic battle, Dr. Banner, also known as the Hulk, arrived on the scene riding a dilapidated motorcycle he had found somewhere.

He shouted, "I'm here, I'm here!"

Iron Man, seemingly irritated, retorted, "Really? I thought you went to your seventh aunt's house."

In the blink of an eye, several Chitauri fighters surrounded Dr. Banner, who had yet to transform into the Hulk. An awkward silence hung in the air.

Dr. Banner tried to reason with them, "Hey, guys, can you give me a moment? I'll be with you shortly."

However, the Chitauri warriors had little patience. One of them struck Dr. Banner in the face, causing him to bleed from the nose.

Dr. Banner remained oddly calm and remarked, "Thanks for that, but you're in trouble too."

As a green, biochemical-like transformation began overtaking him, Dr. Banner tore off his shirt and swiftly transformed into the Hulk.

The Hulk, now towering over the Chitauri fighters, let out a thunderous roar that sent shockwaves through the area. The Chitauri warriors were so frightened that they dropped their weapons.

Unperturbed, the Hulk grabbed several Chitauri fighters, squeezed them into a ball, and tore them apart before stomping on the remains.

This gruesome act resulted in a rather macabre meal of Chitauri juice.

Meanwhile, Rhodes and Hela had been spending several days exploring the city. As they exited a well-protected and undamaged hotel, Hela still had a rosy blush on her face, a sign of her recent satisfaction. It was evident that Rhodes had completely won over the Goddess of Death.

Despite the city's devastation, their hotel had miraculously remained intact, likely because all other guests had fled during the chaos, leaving only Rhodes and Hela.

Rhodes observed the superheroes battling it out not far away and the swarms of Chitauri Legion aircraft in the sky. He commented, "Ah, it's the Chitauri Legion from the first Avengers. They don't seem to have aged well."

"But I remember thinking they were formidable back then. Now, they seem rather weak."

Hela, by Rhodes' side, asked, "Shall we intervene?"

Rhodes nodded, saying, "Certainly. If Loki manages to conquer Earth, we won't have a place to enjoy our dates in the future."

Hela agreed, "I quite like it here. Earth is more entertaining than Asgard."

Rhodes chuckled, "You're right."

As Chitauri aircraft patrolling the lower sky unleashed a barrage of lasers towards them, Rhodes sneered with disdain. "Just a bunch of fireflies trying to compete with the moon."

With a casual wave of his left hand, Rhodes effortlessly halted the incoming lasers mid-air, freezing them in place. Meanwhile, his right hand was occupied with something else.

He then redirected these immobilized lasers to wreak havoc among the surrounding Chitauri aircraft, creating a more effective display than Iron Man's hail of bullets.

The superheroes on the ground had been enduring the relentless assault. Hawkeye Barton, realizing he had run out of explosive arrows, resorted to using his longbow in hand-to-hand combat. Black Widow, with waning strength, used her blade to counterattack.

However, a laser beam fired from a distant Chitauri fighter hit Captain America's back, causing him to cry out in pain and drop to his knees. Black Widow rushed to his aid.

Captain America, panting, jokingly said, "I appreciate the rescue, but I'm not ready for marriage."

Hela, slimmer in her appearance, joined Rhodes. Iron Man, spotting their approach, shouted a warning, "Stay back! It's too dangerous!"

Rhodes couldn't help but laugh.
