Chapter 140: Loki: I'm Here to Negotiate Terms

In Berlin, Loki, adorned with his iconic golden horned helmet, looked out at the dense crowd before him and declared, "Kneel before me!"

The crowd fell silent, staring at him with blank expressions, before erupting into a murmur of confusion.

"Who is this guy?"

"I don't know; he seems like a lunatic!"

"He's dressed like a fool..."

Loki ignored their reactions and continued, "Freedom blinds your eyes, diminishes your joy, and makes you obsess over power. Your race is destined to be ruled!"

"Where's Loki?" Stark asked, confused. He had seen Loki confronting Captain America in the sky, but now Loki had vanished.

Steve held up the unconscious Loki. "No, what a weak god!"

In the manor, Thor abruptly turned, grabbing Sif by the collar and lifting her off the ground before slamming her down.

"Don't say anything; you owe me."

"Thor, what are you doing?" Sif yelled.

Thor summoned Mjölnir into his hand.

"I've always wondered whether it's your head or my hammer that's in question. Why don't we settle it today?"

He swung the hammer menacingly.

"Damn it, stop!"

"Sif" looked horrified as the illusion effect was lifted, revealing Loki.

Loki gasped, "How did you find out?"

In the manor, only Sif and Hela had been in close contact with Loki. He didn't dare pretend to be Hela, given her imposing presence.

Sif had been familiar to Loki, and he thought his disguise was flawless. He was surprised it was discovered so quickly.

Thor smirked. "Because your information is outdated. Sif isn't on Earth right now."
