King In Black: part 7(chapter 105)

prevously in chapter 104

Knull roared in pain and anger. He opened his maw, spewing a torrent of living abyss at Salva. The dark substance surged forward, attempting to envelop and consume him. Salva countered by breathing a stream of fire, the intense heat evaporating the abyss before it could reach him.

"You are strong, but not strong enough!" Knull taunted, swinging both claws down in an attempt to crush Salva. Salva leapt into the air, using his spear to propel himself higher, and landed on the dragon's back. He plunged the spear into the dragon's spine, channeling flames directly into the wound.

Knull howled, the flames burning through his symbiote flesh. He thrashed, trying to shake Salva off, but Salva held on, continuing to drive the spear deeper. The dragon's movements became more frantic, and Knull's voice grew more desperate.

"Enough!" Knull roared, summoning more symbiote dragons to his aid. Thousands of smaller dragons emerged from the surrounding sludge, converging on Salva.

Chapter 105

Salva gritted his teeth, his muscles straining as he fought off the onslaught. He swung his spear in wide arcs, cutting through the smaller dragons, his flames incinerating them on contact. But the numbers were overwhelming, and he could feel his energy waning.

"I can't keep this up," Salva thought, feeling the fatigue setting in he has been fighting for days on end since the battle has started. He knew he had to end this quickly. Summoning every last bit of his strength, Salva focused all his power into the spear. The flames intensified, turning white-hot.

With a final, mighty thrust, Salva drove the spear into the dragon's heart. The resulting explosion of fire and force was immense, engulfing the dragon in a blinding inferno. Knull's screams filled the air as the avatar was consumed by the flames, its massive form disintegrating into ashes.

When the fire finally died down, Salva stood amidst the ruins, breathing heavily. Salva stood amidst the smoldering ruins of the avatar of Knull, breathing heavily. His body ached from the relentless battle, but he knew there was still one more task to complete. "Just one more dragon," he muttered to himself, feeling the weight of exhaustion settling into his bones.

But before he could gather his thoughts, a chilling voice echoed through the air. "It appears that I have made a mistake," Knull's voice rasped, dripping with malice. The true Knull emerged from the shadows, his long white hair cascading down his black armor, red stripes accentuating his menacing presence. His large white teeth gleamed as he grinned at Salva.

"You should be proud of yourself," Knull continued, his voice reverberating through the streets. "You made me turn my attention from finding that child." His eyes burned with hatred as he regarded Salva.

Without warning, Knull commanded thousands of symbiote dragons to swarm Salva. The sky darkened as the monstrous creatures filled the air, their roars creating a deafening cacophony. Salva felt a surge of adrenaline as he prepared for the final confrontation.

"This is it," Salva thought, determination steeling his resolve. He threw off the cape that had been draped over his shoulders, revealing his muscular, battle-scarred body. The Eternal Flame spear in his hand ignited, its orange flames burning brighter than ever before. He knew he had to put all of his strength into this fight, pushing his human form to its absolute limits.

The first wave of dragons descended upon him, their jaws snapping and claws slashing. Salva moved with incredible speed and precision, his spear cutting through the air with deadly accuracy. Each thrust and swing of the spear released torrents of flames, incinerating the dragons upon contact. He spun and twisted, his movements fluid and graceful despite the overwhelming numbers.

One dragon lunged at him from behind, but Salva sensed its approach. He pivoted on his heel, swinging the spear in a wide arc. The spearhead cleaved through the dragon's neck, severing its head from its body. Black ichor sprayed across the ground as the creature fell, dissolving into a pool of symbiote sludge.

Salva didn't have a moment to rest. Another dragon came at him from the side, its maw wide open, ready to devour him. Salva ducked low, dodging the attack, and thrust his spear upward into the dragon's underbelly. Flames erupted from the wound, consuming the dragon from the inside out. It let out a final, agonized roar before collapsing into a heap of smoldering ash.

Despite his incredible prowess, the sheer number of dragons began to take its toll. Salva's muscles burned with fatigue, his breath coming in ragged gasps. He knew he couldn't keep this up forever.

Knull watched the battle with a sinister smile, his confidence unwavering. "You fight well, but you cannot hope to defeat me," he taunted, his voice dripping with disdain.

Salva ignored the taunts, focusing all his energy on the task at hand. He moved with a ferocity born of desperation, his spear a blur of motion. Each dragon he killed seemed to be replaced by two more, but he refused to give up. He fought with every ounce of strength he had, his determination unwavering.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the last of the dragons fell. Salva stood amidst the carnage, his body trembling with exhaustion. He leaned heavily on his spear, using it to support his weight. His breath came in ragged gasps, but he had done it. He had defeated the swarm.

Knull's laughter echoed through the air, cold and mocking. "That spear," he said, his eyes narrowing as he looked at Salva. "It's made from a piece of celestial armor." Knull's grin widened, revealing his sharp teeth. "How amusing."

Salva groaned, his frustration palpable. "Fuck this," he muttered under his breath. He drove his spear into the ground with a decisive thud.

Knull's lips twisted into a sneer, his malevolent eyes gleaming. "Hhhh, so you have decided to give up your strongest weapon," he mocked.

Salva laughed, a harsh sound cutting through the tense air. "Strongest? Nah, it might be a celestial weapon, but it's not my strongest." He yelled as he finally decided to enter his hybrid form. Scales began to emerge on his face and body, while two horns sprouted from his forehead.

Knull's amusement deepened. "So this is where your confidence lies, mortal? Then show me," he commanded, ceasing to send his minions and advancing himself.
