You know what goes good with burgers? A side of power stones. Can I have some?

I was now on the road, driving in my brand new car. Although I was driving fast, it didn't feel as exhilarating as running faster than the speed of light.
If I had to guess, I should arrive in Washington in about an hour. It kind of surprised me that this is the first time I've driven a car in this life.
Since there was still an hour left, I decided to let my mind drift off for a minute.
'Who's some celebrities I'd like to meet in a few decades? Michael Jackson is definitely up there. Another Michael I'd meet is Michael Jordan..'
I continued this thought process for the rest of the entire car ride, until finally making my way through Washington.
I parked my car in a parking lot near the White House and looked at the environment. There were still many people walking around, observing the house and talking amongst one another.
I noticed the tall and sturdy gates separating the front of the house from the tourists behind it. That begged the question, how do I get in?
I left my car behind and walked around the White House, trying to figure out how to get inside. Obviously, after doing this for a while, someone noticed.
I saw three secret service agents exit the White House and leave through the back. I stood there and watched as they calmly made their way towards me.
They appeared calm, but we're still vigilant. I could tell by the fact they had their hands trained on their guns.
"Excuse me sir. I'm going to need you to stop walking around the building like this. You look very suspicious, and you're making us nervous."
I nodded at the Secret Service Agent. I reached into my pocket and grabbed my badge. Seeing the action, they slightly gripped your guns.
"Sir, pull whatever's out of your pocket, slowly." I pulled my badge out slower, and when it was fully out of my pocket, I showed it to them, just like a cop would in those T.V shows.
"I'm CIA Agent Billy Loomis. I'm here to see the President." They lowered their guns and their statures had visibly calmed.
"I see. Follow us." They silently turned around and led me to the "secret" back entrance of the White House. The inside of the White House wasn't as royal as I thought it would look.
It really was just a big white mansion with advanced security guards. Of course, their were a few hidden guns around.
What surprised me was the turret hidden in a slit in the ceiling on the first floor, pointing directly at the front doors.
There was one in the back as well, which led me to believe that there were more upstairs.
After walking around for a minute or two, and we finally made it to the room I never thought I'd be in, ever. The office.
Sitting in that chair was current President, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He seemed to have just finished a bunch of paperwork and was waiting for me.
"There you are, Mr. Loomis. Please, have a seat." I did as he suggested and sat in the chair in front of him.
"What do you need from me Mr. President?"
"I'll be frank with you, I need you to go to London. There's been reports of suspicious activity around a government building, and we've suspected that it could be an organization planning an attack.
I need you to go down to that area, and find out as much as you can. I know you're used to green, but it's time to try on black."

At first, I couldn't stand getting on so many plane rides in such a short amount of time, now I can't help but like it.
It felt good to be in the United Kingdom again. Unfortunately, it's not under positive circumstances.
I landed in the place that felt like a second home to me right now. The UK. I didn't spend much time here, but I knew enough about it to know I love it.
I left the airport and didn't even opt to get in a taxi. I had no luggage, at least in a suitcase or bag.
I had guns and what not stashed in my inventory. I was of course clad in my new favorite black suit. It gave off, Agent 007 vibes to be honest.
You could say we were somewhat similar. One is much cooler than the other though. I'll give you a hint, it's not me.
I got out of sight and ran towards where I'm supposed to be. I didn't waste any time and got straight into some form of CSI work.
Reminds myself of Barry Allen. You know, because of the speed, and… the speed. Anyways, I observed the area and didn't notice anything strange.
I discretely circled the area for an hour before finally noticing some weird activity. Two people clad in all black were walking past the guard who was in front of the government
One of the two people "accidentally" bumped into the guard.
"Hey, watch where you're going you runt!"
"Sorry sir. It won't happen again." It would've seemed like an interesting interaction from a regular standpoint. But I could faintly hear the sound of jingling keys.
I looked at the figure and saw them put a pair of keys they stole from the guard in their pocket. I followed behind them and watched something unexpected.
As soon as they wrapped around to the left side of the building, which was where pretty much no one could see, one of them latched onto the wall and started to crawl towards the back of the building.
The other person just kept walking, in the same direction.
Eventually, they both made it to the back and started a confrontation with the guard who stood there. The guard slowly walked forward.
"Hey! What are you doing? You can't be back- Ah!!" The person who was on the wall jumped behind the guard and sunk their fangs into his neck. Within a matter of seconds, all the blood in the guards body was completely drained.
'This mystery is very simple. There's two of them, one of them have fangs, which can be made to the assumption that the other has them too. And they're in London.
One of them displayed the ability to climb walls. This leads me to believe that these two are potentially vampires. I crossed out any other being they could be with process of elimination.
And if they're vampires, they could be those two kids I met not too long ago. Just a guess though.'
"You kids really have it out for Alu- Ahem! Dracula don't you?" They both looked towards the back door and saw me standing there.
I could see their shocked faces under their hoods. Then I saw recognition.
"Billy? What are you doing here?" Pietro, who was previously vigilant towards my appearance, completely changed his attitude to one of calmness.
"Oh, I've got some things to do here, some things to do there. I've been around there and I've been around here. You know how it is."
After a few seconds of silence. One of them spoke up after I disclosed absolutely no information.
"Anyways, if you don't mind Bill, we need to get back to work. Nice to see you." Kurt tried to open the back door, but I wouldn't move.
Although I was fond of these two, I wouldn't let them do whatever they plan to do with this building.
"Sigh, listen. If I help you get to Dracula, will you stop trying to commit potential terrorist attacks on government buildings?"
They both raised their eyes at that. How could I help them find Dracula?
"How can you help us find Dracula?"
I'm glad they asked!
"I'm glad you asked. I can help you find him, because I know where he is." It wasn't even a second later before-
"Where is he? Tell me!" He was about to grab my shirt and shake me, but I stopped him from doing that with a glare.
If he did that, I would've kicked his ass. I love kids a way a parent would, but not disrespectful ones.
"I'd be quiet if you don't want a bunch of people who would be more difficult to take care of than those security guards show up."
"I know where he is, because I'm a man with a lot of knowledge. Stop doing crimes, and Dracula will be yours."
I won't actually tell them where Dracula is, if they go to him, he'll kill them. He may be old, but he's still the head honcho of vampires. If Dracula doesn't kill them, then his legion of vampires would.
"Deal!"
