Li Meng was confused about what to do next. He had tried every single thing in his arsenal. The Dark Thunder Refiner had refined his body to an un-estimated level. He had no idea what sort of energy could refine this body to a higher stage without pushing him into the Qi Emperor level. he had used up all his methods.
He refined every single one of the blood weapons he possessed. All his weapons managed to contain as much lightning as they could. Any further than this, and the weapon wouldn't be able to contain any more thunder energy.
"What should I do?" Li Meng thought.
"You need to refine the weapons and the excess thunder energy present." The Keeper said.
"How do you suggest I do that? How would that help me?" Li Meng asked.
