Princess Rizelle was on her way to Marquess Ives's mansion with Prince Nicien. Though she said that she was fine alone, Nicien Vamieres insisted to ride the carriage with her and she found herself sitting inside the carriage with him for the first time.
"I'm really fine," the Princess repeated herself just to break the awkward silence that dominated their carriage for minutes. "You don't have to ride the carriage and make yourself uncomfortable, Your Highness."
"I never said that it's uncomfortable," Nicien Vamieres simply said. "Besides, I don't trust you to ride the carriage alone. You're injured but you don't even know how to rest or take care of yourself."
