Chapter 98 Engagement Party 25

  Why did I think, I could hide such stuff's from Carie, an expert when it came to relationships and sex. She would tease me for the rest of the day. I should have worn a big sweater that would cover everything, but how was I supposed to know when I didn't even see the marks.

"Tell me what else he did to you? You promised not to hide anything from me!" I gulped at her words. "How am I supposed to tell you Alex grabbed my breast and sulked it hard, or he saw my bare body and we bath together!" I saw Carie freeze as she stared at me, her eyes beamed with tears. 'Wait did I just say that out loud? I thought.

"Ahhh.......!" Carie screamed. "I said it out loud!" I muttered under my breath. Ah.. I just killed myself. Carie covered her lips with her palm still unable to believe what she just heard, and I sighed, my cheeks flushed at her reaction no matter how hard I try to hide it.

"I think Alex.....!" "Wait don't say that. Carie I'm so scared, what if Alex is just using me to satisfy his needs?" I said. "What are you talking about?" Carie asked. "I really don't know Carie, we all know Alex likes someone else!"  "Hmm.. I think I smell jealousy!" Said Carie sarcastically. "Do you like Alex?" She asked and I nodded a yes for an answer coyly. She bit her lower lips in excitement.

"Carie this is serious, I'm really scared!" My feelings for Alex is growing stronger by the minute and I'm really scared. "You don't have to be, I think Alex likes you!" She said with confident. "No I don't think so, Alex doesn't seem like a kind of person that likes someone, he's cruel...!"

"He warned me before, that was his third rule. That I should not fall inlove with him, but how can I not?  He's been acting wierdly around me since I almost killed myself!" I paused my lips cursing inwardly for saying that.

"What do you mean almost killed yourself? I knew it, I knew my baby was hiding something from me, if not, why the hell was I not able to see you for two months!" Carie was getting furious. "I'd deal with my baby for lying to me!"

"Calm down Carie it's actually nothing, it wasn't anything serious, and besides we went on the vacation after I did that!" I tried to calm her down, I can't possibly let her attack Lukas. The moment Carie tells Lukas then Alex is bound to know that I told someone and he might get mad at me again.

"By the way Alex took Rafael with him and since then mummy (Great grandma) says she can't find Rafael anywhere!" My heart skipped at Carie's words. I was so engrossed in Killing myself that I forgot all about Delaney.

"Alex shot him at a warehouse, I passed out cause I couldn't take it anymore. But when I woke up and asked about him, he said he killed Delaney!" I said gloomily and Carie was agape. "Alex killed Rafael?" She repeated my words and I nodded.

"What led to that happening?" "I really have no idea how that happened!" I responded and Carie clenched her hands into a fist. "Berverly!" 

"What are you talking about?" I asked. "That witch set you up and you fell right into her trap. She told the entire Family you and Delaney were caught cheating that's why Alex took you away robustly!" Carie said.

I was astonished by Carie's words, I knew Berverly came there for a mission but I thought if I avoided her I wouldn't fall in her stupid traps. Who acts like a fool in the 21st century, her games are just so childish. At Carie's word I could remember what happened between I and Rafael, but no one was there to see us. I thought.
