Bandits or clowns?

[Harleen POV]

My name's Harley freakin' Quinn, and I'm here to spill the beans on my twisted journey. So listen up, puddin, cause this ain't your ordinary story.

I was born and raised in the heart of Gotham City, a place so dark and twisted it makes your head spin. Right from the start, I knew I was a bit different from the rest. Call it my own brand of crazy. But hey, who wants to be normal anyway?

I've always had a knack for psychology, y'know? The human mind and what makes it tick. So, naturally, I decided to become a shrink. Ended up at Arkham Asylum, the nuthouse that housed Gotham's nuttiest criminals. Talk about a playground for someone like me.

And that's where I met him—the one and only Clown Prince of Crime, the Joker. Oh, baby, he was a whole different level of madness. One look into those mesmerizing eyes of his, and I was a goner. I felt an electric spark shoot up my spine, and I knew my life was about to take a twisted turn.

Now, I ain't gonna lie. The Joker had a way with people. He could twist 'em 'round his finger and play 'em like a fiddle. But me? I thought I was immune to his tricks. I thought I could understand him, get inside his twisted mind, and maybe even save him.

But, oh boy, was I wrong. The Joker had other plans. He toyed with my head, broke me down, and flipped my whole world upside down. He tore away my sanity like a kid tearing open a Christmas present, and I used to love every freakin' second of it.

Emphasis on 'used to' ya know!

I enjoyed the time until batsy said something that cracked my noggin up a bit.

He said I didn't matter to Joker. That the only way to keep joker's attention was to keep ma sanity so that he would be obsessed over breaking it.

Didn't know what happened after that, when I opened my eyes, batsy had his head caved in and puddin was pointin his gun at me.

That was the last thing I remember before waking up in an orphanage in the body of a baby. Gotta say it, I was freaking crazy. The new brain of mine worked different! As in rrrreeeeal different!

I could think about things I wanted to think! And be conscious of what I wanted! This must be how 'normal' people feel.

With new intelligence came new feelings.

Disgust over Joker and annoyance over Bruce…

I didn't dwell on it for long though… I embraced my new life and got a normal job, had a normal life….until I met him.

He was like the joker….but a little more. Couldn't really describe it, he had this obsession over control. At first I wanted to distance myself, but something in him just drew me in…

And so I'm here…back to being a bitch…Andrew's bitch. At least he won't ignore me like joker did…

I cleaned off the last remaining traces of his cum and made my way into his workshop. I could tell he was frustrated with his progress, which is abnormal. It felt like he was being chased by something. He achieved all this within a year.

The door opened revealing countless gadgets. Some magnetic vehicles and two spaceships painted black and green.

I looked at the mirror on the side, revealing my naked figure.

Images flashed inside my head as I recalled the things he did to me…

My head pressed onto the ground with his leg, causing the floor to crack and my skull to cave in, him relentlessly screwing my insides with his cock.

'Aaaaahh…..what a convenient woman I am. He would drill me whenever he felt like, without any sort of notice. It felt like I was a meat toilet exclusive to him only.'

It was a good thing I plugged my holes or the floor would've gotten messy again.

I went around the ship and opened the door to his bedroom. It's only right that a tool remains useful. For that reason, I dismissed the android and started cleaning his room.

Hmm…I wonder if he'll reward me for this…. maybe let me gargle his balls?

The stone pavement cracked as I leapt sideways to dodge the wind slash coming at me. The wind behind my ears created a soft hum as I dodged the sword slash coming at a diagonal and kicked Lumine away.

*Ting*

The force behind my kick was used as a pivot to create spin and slash at my feet. Had I not jumped in time, my legs would've been cut off.

I looked at the path of grass now resembling a mowed lawn as I leapt back a few steps.

'It's impeccable'

Her swordsmanship left no openings. The flaws were created deliberately to serve as bait.

"How old are you….lumine" I asked with a slight hint of curiosity. It was abnormal for a girl her age to be so good. I didn't miss her flinching, but kept it to myself. It was a feeling that probing any further would not be ideal.

"HEY! That a rue thing to ask!" Paimon yelled from above while spectating our spar.

"My bad…" I used this brief moment to get my breathing back in control before running towards her and attack.

My leg sweep was met with a downward slash atop my head, my senses flared and I briskly rolled over before using both my legs to kick upwards at her chin.

I felt a soft surface briefly cupping my feet before a tinge of bloodlust forced me to scurry away.

"What's wrong?" I asked in confusion while looking at the blonde haired girl whose face was flushed red. Paimon was now silent, her mouth agape and eyes displaying the shock.

"Y-y-you kicked her-EEEP!" A blur passed before my eyes as Lumine jumped up and held her companions mouth shut.

"We have some urgent matter to deal with…Amber said the crystals would be transferred to you within two hours….FAREWELL!" She spoke in a strange tone and ran away faster than she did ever before.

'What happened?'

[I believe it is better if you don't know that, sir.]

'…It's not like I kicked her breasts right?'

[…]

'…Right?'

[Would you like to review your fight?]

'…Yes'

I walked down the road while fiddling with my vision. It was a small locket with the anemo crest on it. Venti had finally given it to me after months of training, with the promise that I'd take care of Lumine, should the need arise.

'Makes it seem like he won't be able to save her from something…'

[Perhaps he's using that motive as bait to see if we would be hostile to him?]

'Plausuible…but chances are low.'

[Then he is most likely in a situation which would weaken him soon.]

The weakening of an archon is not as simple as it seemed. The archons act as the guardians of their own nation. If one of them gets weaker, that would just make the city vulnerable. Morale would drop and enemies would feel more motivated to fight against a nation unprotected.

'I'd have loved to utilize this information to my advantage, but…'

[We've already achieved your goal]

"I don't see any progress though. I mean we did get stronger, but it's still useless when archons' are added to the picture."

The vision I received had some intricate designs, but the most striking part about it is that it wasn't forged.

Nomally when you forge an item, there are traces, this item however..

Forged swords typically have visible hammer marks on the blade's surface. These marks indicate that the sword was shaped by a blacksmith using traditional forging techniques. The presence of irregularities and imperfections are things even Nanites can't remove…yet this locket it perfect.

I tried to study it through several methods, but all tests came out the same…

A normal locket.

With no other direction, I asked venti about it and his reply was as stupid as it could be..

'It's a storage for your powers.'

In the end I got frustrated and left…

"Stop right there!" My thought were interrupted by a familiar sentence.

"Hand over your bags or don't blame us if we get rough with you." Another guy from the right spoke while wielding a shovel.

I don't even have a bag…

"He doesn't have bag!" A masked man popped up from smoke, making a dramatic entry and yelled.

"He must be hiding it!"

….Do these clowns have a habit of voicing out their thought?
