He extended his arm invitingly towards Lily, strong tendons revealed under the moonlight due to his rolled-up sleeves.
Lily nodded, a sparkle of excitement dancing in her eyes. "I expect this evening is set to be a pleasant one," she uttered with hope lingering in her words.
Gently, she engaged her arm with his, her fingers skimming over the muscular landscape of his arm.
At the realisation of the solidity she found there, she couldn't contain an exclamation, "Oh!"
