After that, I trained with Shinx for a week. Not only me, everyone was also training hard. I listened systems instructions and trained. I took break in every two hours as system said that it would help Shinx to recover it's strength so that it can train hard for next time and our work paid off. "Now that everyone gathered here, you guys knows that there will be selection tournament here. Before telling you guys what's the meaning of this tournament, I would like you guys to get know each others." Eva-san tells to everyone.

There is three new people how was directly able to become a member of the organization through their connection.

"Nice to see meet you all, My name is Sophia Blueheart."

As she introduced herself as Sophia Blueheart, I couldn't help but be struck by her regal and elegant demeanor. Her long blonde hair cascaded down her back in soft waves, and her blue eyes sparkled with kindness. She was dressed in a stunning gown that hinted at her noble upbringing, yet she seemed approachable and friendly. Her warm smile put me at ease, and I could tell that she was genuinely interested in getting to know me. I was impressed by her grace and poise, and I couldn't wait to see what other surprises she had in store. "I am Jasmine Hermione. Glad to meet you guys."

As Jasmine introduced herself, I couldn't help but notice her elegant demeanor and refined appearance. As Ryan introduced himself, I couldn't help but notice his striking appearance. Well, I do think I much more handsome than him.

"Okay, now that everyone introduced themselves I will tell you guys about what is the intention behind this tournament. As you guys know, you guys are our this years recruits. Every year we holds a tournament between newly recruited members and the winner will get some prize and automatically promoted into agent rank. It's same for this year too. Among you guys, one will be promoted to the agent rank. So, do work hard to become an agent." Eva-san explained it to us.

"What's the benefit of becoming an agent." Anna asked.

"You will get much more high tier quests. Like capturing thugs, deal with serial killer, getting rare herbs etc." She answered.

I see. By becoming a grunt, we will be able to get quests. But agent can get much better quests. So, simply speaking an agent can earn much more than a grunt.
