Xiao Yan explained to Mu Yue what dual cultivation means. This made Mu Yue embarrassed since she only knew that two persons just need to hold hands and face each other. Then they would circulate their spiritual energy to one another and somehow improve their cultivation.

Mu Yue agreed and the two borrowed an arena.

"No, also use your sword and give it your all."

"Oh, then it's perfect that we borrowed a private one. I will reveal some of my abilities that shouldn't be seen by others. I will invite Senior Hei Long to be the referee and stop me if I go too far."

Hei Long arrived and when he saw Xiao Yan, he grinned. "I hope you are at least comparable to her."

Mu Yue just stood there and had no plans on evading. The fight ends when one side loses their protective covering. When the fireballs were near, an ice wall materialized in front of her that blocked all of them. The wall did not stay for too long and slowly disappeared.

"You can already control your ice well?"

"Yes, and I can also use it while using the sword and my other ability. I hope you can at least force me to use my sword, hehe." Mu Yue grinned.

Her power already reached the standard of a Core Formation Cultivator. With her Ice alone, she is confident to easily beat those average cultivators in the Foundation Establishment stage.

Also, she found out how she can use her ice ability. She can make ice appear temporarily. These ones are not made from the water vapor in the air. They can be quickly created and are on par with the regular ice created from using vapor. However, they only last for a while, depending on how much spiritual energy Mu Yue used.

She also does not need to use her hands on summoning them. Although some powerful spells she created would require her to use both hands, simple spells such as creating an ice wall, ice spikes, or launching ice shards only need a thought.

She can also freely modify how tough each one would be, but the toughest would need to use water vapor. Still, they were enough to deal with Xiao Yan and not even her flame wall possess enough heat to melt the ice shards she sent before hitting Xiao Yan.

Xiao Yan was sweating, tired of having to evade these shards. She does not know how but she noticed that Mu Yue does not feel tired using so many spells. They are even better than the ice spells she knew.

Mu Yue saw Xiao Yan stop. She temporarily held her attack and asked, "What's the problem, admitting defeat already?"

Since learning so many things, her pride increased. Being a member of the blood race also contributed to this.

"Hah... I was just surprised... Still, you changed so much, Mu Yue. But I am happy for you."

Hei Long then sneered, "Naturally, she will change a lot after finally escaping from you."

"Senior Hei Long, I respectfully ask you to please stop picking on her." Mu Yue said calmly.

Xiao Yan was guilty when she heard of this. Maybe she did contribute to it, wanting to make Mu Yue suit her.
