Chapter 13: Meeting Is Adjourned

Since Seth went MIA, Shayla had taken over the pack with no arguments from anyone. She diligently watched when her father ran things. Soaking in as much knowledge of the practice as she could. For one day, she hoped to be just like him.
Like she said, he used to be her hero. Used to be. Now she was her own hero. Never needed to rely on anyone anymore but herself. She only trusted herself to stick around, no one else.
Since becoming more comfortable with her wolf self, she decided she would avenge her mother's death that also resulted in the loss of her father.
Shayla called a pack meeting to go over her plans and see if anyone else wanted to join in on them.
