The Green Flores was getting ready for the coronation of their new Alpha as per the command of the King. Kristen was not bothered about the coronation because his whole focus was on the after effect of the rule breaking. He has been keenly watching the King to notice if he was bothered even the slightest. Viola kept on nagging about Lia to Kristen as she knows both of them were good friends.
"I want to see her. Is that too much to ask for as a mother?"
"Mom, I wish there would be something that I could do to help you but the guards are completely alert." Kristen answered the same thing for the hundredth time.
"I don't want to know anything. I wish to see her and I will see her no matter what happens. How come a mother is rejected from seeing her daughter especially when I am the Queen?" Viola grabbed the boy hard forcing him to take her to the cell.
"I am really sorry, I just can't go against the King." Kristen removed her hands from his shirt and walked away with head hung low.
"This is a mistake." Viola screamed from behind and only ones to hear that were the meaningless wall paintings and sculptures which decorated the palace.

"How is the preparation going?" Oliver asked inspecting the venue of ceremony.
"It is going good. I can't believe one among us is finally getting the honor." One of the wolf bumped his shoulder onto Oliver.
"I am thankful about this too and with the power I get, I will make sure we all are treated equally. I would fight for this bone ranking system to be banished so that we all can live happily here."
"That is so thoughtful of you." The wolf exclaimed.
"So get back to work Morgan." Oliver chuckled while pushing his friend back to work.
"I can't believe Lia, our Luna wanted to end us." Another one commented into Oliver's ears.
"Kristen what are you doing?" Oliver groaned annoyed at the unwanted visit of his so called enemy.
"Just watching and observing.... may need one of this in future for me." Kristen gave a wide smile filled with empathy.
"Really? You are here to make fun of me?" Oliver rolled his eyes as he walked away.
"No, I am just here to tell you to not be over excited. Disappointments hurt a lot." Kristen patted the boy before walking away waving his hands.
"You are annoying and that is why she didn't choose you." Oliver shouted from behind as he proceeded to continue his work.
"Oliver, have you seen the little one?" Morgan asked as he pulled the strings over to cover the venue.
"Who?"
"Our cub."
"Oh... I didn't. He must be behind his cat as always or maybe planning some new pranks." Oliver huffed as he ordered other omega's to help Morgan.
"He needs training very quickly or else he won't be able to fit into one of us. His mother has been telling that to us lately and she is really worried about him." Morgan said with each word stressed.
"Seriously? Do you think he will listen to us and join the training session especially when we are preparing for fights? He will find one or two excuses and leave with his cats."
"But he is one of us." Morgan sighed.
"I really don't know if that is true at this point. I have not even seen him turn to a wolf since a long time. He never joins us on full moon night and he doesn't visit the Moon Goddess temple since the past few months." Oliver groaned thinking how irresponsible the boy has been.
"It feels like he is avoiding us and to be honest, without him there is no fun." Morgan complained.
"That is true, he is one jokester but maybe something else is going on with his life and he is not ready to share it."
"I had be sad if that is the case... he is so cheerful all the time." Morgan walked away as others called him leaving a confused Oliver behind.

"Can we go to the venue and help others?" Tom asked following the boy to the lake side.
"I am not going there to do any help. They just prisoned our Luna with no evidence." The boy sulked while sitting down under a random tree with his cat on lap.
"But we need to act like the ones we are. It is on us to help the others and prepare the venue as per the King's order. We can't just stay away sulking everyday and if I am being clear, they may even push us out of the group." Tom complained noticing how lightly the situation was taken by the boy.
"It is boring there... it is always about work and more work and again more work. They are forcing us with some rules and orders which we obey all the time without even asking a question. What is this all about?" The asked with eyes locked still on his cat which was snoring softly in his soft warm embrace.
"We are wolves, Noah. We are just omegas and omegas are supposed to obey the higher ranked wolves." Tom tried to convince the boy as always even after knowing, nothing would change.
"Who believes in these ranking system now? We are all wolves and we should be treated equally like others."
"Why are you talking so seriously these days as if you are attending a speech orientation class?" Tom asked surprised.
"I am just evolving." Noah grinned while hugging his cat close.
Noah was not as old as other wolves and his human age is still in the starting of twenties making him the youngest of the pack. Everyone in Green Flores adored the boy for always being happy and cheerful that they all wish to be around him on a bad day. Noah always manages to pull cheap tricks and pranks on the pack which they really find cute and hence his endless saga in annoying wolves reached it's peak.
"Yea, I can see that." Tom sighed as he looked away.
