The magistrate question had everyone staring at Alvin expecting results.

" What proof? He asked

" Do you have proof of her infidelity? He asked again

" I do' his lawyer brought the photos out and handed them to him then distributed them to the jury.

" Mrs. Reagan, who is this man? Kate looked at the photo and sneered wondering how he got his hands on it.

"I have evidence to prove his infidelity and sexual assault towards me too"

" Kate!, Don't push it. I didn't do anything that husband and wife don't do. You belonged to me" He snapped at her words. To him, he merely touched his wife.

" The hell I did Alvin" she retorted deadpanned.

" I'll allow it on our next hearing in five months. I'll advise you two to settle your differences. Marriage comes with challenges only a few can withstand. Divorce isn't the answer" these were the magistrate's last words then he left as the case was adjourned till further notice.
