I will wait till the changes

Madelyn POV

"Do you, Madelyn Moore, solemnly declare to take."

"No! No! A big bad No! Not in a billion years." I shouted in my mind at the official words, "Don't you dare to say yes." Hmmm! Let me think about it. What now?

"Kai McCarthy, to be your lawfully wedded husband?" The official continues, "Do you promise to love, honor, cherish and keep him for as long as you both shall live?"

No! What is it talking about? I don't love this man. I didn't even know his name until a minute ago. 'No! Run! Hide Madelyn, don't give in to this frantic man's fancy.

"No!" I answered.

"W-what?" The official asked, he was scared of the boss.

I nodded my head, "No I don't!" I started to cry, "I-I don't I don't even know him."

"Hmmm!" The official sighed in fear, I could feel everyone was frightened, everyone was scared of the boss.

"She means yes," He answered in a voice that was filled with coldness. "She isn't well, she has a mental illness." He said it loud enough for everyone to hear.

"Oh! Okay!" The official backed in fear.

"Now carry on!" He grabbed my hand and shoved the ring forcefully on my ring finger.

"Here!" He placed a ring forcefully in my hand.

"Do you Kai McCarthy, take Madelyn Moore to be your lawfully wedded wife to Honor, cherish, and keep her for as long as you both shall live?"

Please, please say no! I cried in my head, begging for help but no one was there to take heed of my pleas.

"I do!" He answered coldly as if the hell door was open. "Help me!" I cried as I placed the ring on his ring finger.

"With the power blessed in me, I declare you husband and wife." The official said, breaking my heart into a million pieces, "what! What power is in him? When he can't even save a woman from a life that will be filled with hell worship."

To bring more insult to injury, he added,

"You may kiss the bride!"

"No! No, I will kill you." I cried in my mind, I gave the official the look of you will have hell to pay. But he does nothing! Nothing but a sheepish smile, "Just you wait!" I will kill you.

"Mine!" The boss whispered, then he grabbed my cheeks and kissed me roughly. "Help!" I wanted to scream but I couldn't, I was dying for his kiss so I did what I had to do and kissed him back roughly, "Hmmm!" He moaned, smiling on my lips. He stopped suddenly, he stared down at me which made me brush.

"Come!" He grabbed my hand.

"What!" I cried out at his sudden change, "where are you taking me."

"Shh!" He placed his finger on my lips then he carried me bridal style to our car.

"Mine!" He whispered against my face which made me brush. Once we were seated, the car started to drive.

Kai POV

She fell asleep once I took her to our car, I kissed her forehead and held her against my chest. "She is mine! All mine, my little wife."

Mine! I kissed her forehead gently, and carefully I placed her on the bed. I feel a butterfly in my chest, she is finally mine. All mine! I love her, my little wife. I can't believe she said no at the altar, she doesn't want to be my wife but I always get what I want. Now she is all mine, to break, to make, to love, to care.

I carefully removed her shoe, then I covered her with a blanket. She was still wearing her wedding dress, if I removed it she'll be pissed and she won't sleep without being covered from her toe to nick. I don't know why, maybe because she is scared of me I guess. I smiled at my little wife lovingly.

"I'll be back very shortly." I kissed her forehead

Madelyn POV

"Help!" I wanted to scream, I felt very uncomfortable and alone, so I got out of bed. "What happens?" I question myself.

Where I am, this is not my room, this is not, kai room. "No, it can not be!"

"No! No!" I cried, "He won't do that, he never leaves me not now." I tried to comfort myself. "He won't leave me?"

I feared that Kai was gone just like everyone else. They promise to stay but they are never around when you need them.

"He won't marry me and then lock me away," I thought. Come on, Madelyn you read too many fake books that filled your head with fat. "Why would he stay if he doesn't love you?" My mind blew with unanswered questions.

It doesn't matter, I don't love him either. Why would he force me to marry him, he sure is rich, I don't want to be told that if he can save my parents from the mafia boss Jaxon then he has to be rich and powerful. Speaking of rich, I gazed down at the ring on my finger, "wow!" I thought, "It is beautiful." It's the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. Not even in fairy tales have I seen anything like it, around the ring, which was filled with heart-shaped diamonds.

"It must cost a fortune." I smiled, I liked it.

But! I thought, where is Kai? I missed him, he was always there whenever I woke up. I can't believe that on our wedding night he was gone, it's like I forced him to marry me, so he couldn't wait to get away.

I hate him even more now. I was filled with anger then slowly replaced by burning pain in my chest. I am married to a man who doesn't love me, he will never love me. This marriage is just a waste of time.

What could make him so hateful to marry someone he doesn't even love? Why couldn't he just help my parents if he wanted to help? Why me? Now I will never get my fairytale wedding with a happy ending. Where is my Mr. Right to take me away in his sweet embrace?

I hate him! I hate him. I will forever hate him.
