Glory was afraid to blame Marcus because he was her boss. But when she looked at Astrid, her eyes revealed that she was sad for her.

Glory's eyes flashed with complicated emotion as she watched Glory limp away with one hand on the wall.

Her hands' money and bank card appeared to be at a high temperature.

Glory turned around and went straight to her office. After putting the bank card and all the notes into the safe, she felt the burning pain in her palms fade away.

Glory almost ran into Marcus when she opened the door to Room 606.

"President Smith," Glory greeted him politely.

Marcus softly uttered, "Yeah," and then walked past her and out the door.

When Glory entered the room, she overheard the guests discussing Astrid. "What a lowly and cheap woman! I've dated many women and seen many greedy women, but I've never seen a woman throw her dignity and act so lowly to get the money. Tsk...”
