Chapter Four

       "You're welcome to my house. I meant to say my parent's house." David said as he sits down on the sofa, half smiling and revealing his deep dimples.             

        "Wow, this place is really big. It's a big mansion." Aliya exclaimed as she looks around the parlour feeling nervous.

      "Are you scared? Don't worry, my parents are very jovial and accommodating." David tried to calm her down.

      "Why won't I be scared? You know this is my first time meeting them." Aliya said looking at David's eyes with fear.

      "I can understand but I know my parents won't hurt you or make you feel uncomfortable." David uttered as he raises his head to look at the direction where he is hearing footsteps approaching.  "Hey, mom, dad!" He said happily. Aliya turns to look. 

       "Good afternoon ma. Good afternoon......." She was interrupted by David's mother. 

       "Good afternoon. You don't have to kneel to greet us!" She uttered warmly. 

         "Alr.... Alright ma."Aliya said looking tensed.

        "How is your family?" David's dad asked Aliya. He sat down on the couch and he leaned his back. 

        "They are fine sir." She said. 

         "David! Why didn't you serve her something to eat or drink?" David's mom questioned. 

         "She is the one who said she doesn't want anything." David said. 

     "Why didn't you have something? Don't be shy... You look scared. Aren't you?" David's mom asked Aliya. Aliya stares at her shyly. 

     "I am okay... I ate before coming ma. Thanks for your kind gesture ma."  She quoted hoping that she sounded respectful enough. 

      "It's alright. You can just have water." David's dad suggested. 

      "Okay sir. I'll have water." She smiled. 

      "You see........I'm very good at convincing someone." David's dad uttered feeling proud of himself. 

       "Hmmmmm.... We've heard." David's mom jealously uttered. 

        "Let me get you some water." David stood to get Aliya some water. 

       "Okay, thanks." She said smilingly. 

       "I am happy you and David love each other. David always talk about you a lot and how you both met. I am so glad you met each other." David's mom, Ronke uttered. 

     "Thank you ma." Aliya said. 

      "Did you know that David used to pee on his body when he was fourteen years old. He actually stopped when I went to report him to his teacher at his school. He was embarrassed in the classroom." Ronke laughed out loud. 

       "I remember how embarrassed he was that day." David's dad, Samuel said laughing. 

Aliya tried not to laugh out but their laugh makes her to laugh too. David walked in with a cup of water in his hand. He was amazed to see his parents and Aliya laughing. His eyes shows how surprised he was. He gave the cup of water to Aliya. 

      "What have I missed?" He asked eagerly looking at the three people in front of him from one person to another.

        "I told Aliya about how I came to your school to..................." Ronke was interrupted. 

        "Mom!...... Why did you do that?" David said hurriedly without letting his mom to finish her sentence. He used the pillow to cover his face. 

      "She needs to know." His mom uttered. 

      "Your mom and I need to go to your grandma's place. She came back from Oyo state yesterday. You and Aliya can go visit her between now and next week." Samuel said as he stands.

       "Alright dad. We'll go there when we have time." David said. 

       "We will be going now. David, make sure you forward Aliya's account number to me. Your dad and I will send some money to her." Ronke said. Aliya's face brightened, she wanted to say 'no need' but she prefers to appreciate them instead. 

      "Thank you very much ma." She joyously uttered trying to kneel to appreciate them. 

       "You don't have to appreciate. We are happy that you're part of our family now. You are welcome and make sure you have a wonderful day." Samuel said. 

      "Make sure you visit us next time. Feel free to come say hello to us. We will be glad to see you again." Ronke uttered. 

       "I'll surely visit you ma. Thanks." Aliya smiled happily. 

      "Bye!" David told his parents as they went out. 

       "Bye." Aliya gave them her best smile. 

        "See you later." Ronke said and she closed the door behind her following her husband, Samuel. 

When they left, David and Aliya stare at their faces for a while without speaking to one another. David stood and walked towards Aliya's direction looking as if he is going to kiss her. He swiftly moves to the direction of the door and lock it. Aliya smile and shake her head. 

       "Ugh... We're free." David uttered swinging his hands playfully. 

      "We are not free because I'll be going home soon and you'll be the one to take me home." Aliya said as she smiled.

       "Don't worry I'll take you home but we must enjoy this moment." David grabbed her waist gently and pulled her to himself and placed his lips on hers. 

        "I can't resist you." She looks into his eyes and gave him a brilliant smile. 

        "Neither can I! I'm in love with you babe." They start to kiss intimately. 

They kissed and romance for more than half an hour. They begin to take off each other's clothes. They kissed again and begin to have sex. Aliya moans as she enjoys every bit of it.

After they had had sex, Aliya volunteered to cook but David insist that they do it together. 

      "Don't worry, I'll chop the tomatoes." Aliya told David. She tried to collect the tomatoes and knife from him. 

        "I'm not giving you because I'm going to chop this tomatoes myself." He starts to chop the tomatoes. Aliya smiled. 

       "When will your school mid term test begin?"  He asked.

       "On Monday. I have prepared myself so well and I'm very sure that I will pass."Aliya confidently replied. 

     "I'm proud of you babe. Make sure you have the highest percentage. Okay?" He said. 

     "Yes. I'll try." She flashed him a smile.
