Jonathan rarely came to visit, so I wanted to treat him to some good food.
However, the restaurants near the school were expensive, and he was reluctant to let me pay or go to the cafeteria.
I was torn between looking at restaurant ratings on my phone and considering the cost-effectiveness.
Suddenly, something cold touched my neck.
I turned and saw Jonathan holding an ice cream and smiling at me.
"Haven't you made up your mind yet?" He leaned over and tore open the packaging before handing it to me.
"There are too many good things to eat," I grumbled, trying to hide my thoughts.
But he stared at me and smiled.
"Just eat what you want. Don't worry about saving money for me. I can still afford a meal."
"I'm not worried about that," I said, pouting as he touched my hair.
As I ate the ice cream, I suddenly remembered something from high school.
"By the way, do you remember that when I was a freshman, I knocked your ice cream off once? You looked so fierce back then."
