Chapter 5 - Zion's Dark Side

Dinner was about to finish. When Zion and Xiao looked up, they saw the kids playing, and Celestia was watching over them while playing with them.

Background chattering with the TV playing.

Zion shouted: Food is ready, prepare the table, please.

Celestia walked over and handed the plates to everyone except Zion and Xiao. Mino is still holding Fol's hands towards the cupboard. Fol received a plate and food weapons from Mino, and Lao received the same care and attention from Tala.

They sat down and started eating. Zion looked at his guests and could see that they were all enjoying the food, so he decided to join in. Xiao followed suit and soon enough, everyone was happily eating their meals.

Zion asked Xiao how she liked the food.

Xiao looked at Zion with a mouth full of food

"You don't need to say anything," Xiao replied with a knowing smile.

Zion noticed that Xiao's siblings had happy expressions on their faces, confirming that the food was indeed delicious. Thus, Xiao's knowing smile was her way of conveying that Zion didn't need to say anything to express how good the food was.

After eating Tala and Lao are in charge of cleaning the dirty dishes which are only plates and serving spoons. With Milo and Fol taking care of the staking, they can make sure that the plates are all stacked securely. This will ensure that there is no danger of them falling over. Tala and Lao can then carry the plates and spoons to the sink and take care of the cleaning process.

Celestia is making sure that Tala and Fol don't mess up. Tala and Lao finished the job quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, Celestia was ensuring the dishes got cleaned properly, supervising the whole process. When the task was finished, they all returned back to their activities.

Milo showed his room to Fol. He showed his toys, some toys Tala mixed in the box. Fol asked if she could play the cars with him.

Xiao looked around and saw that Fol was not in the living room. She asked Zion to find her but Zion already knew that she was playing with Milo so he stood up and pointed to the room with a light on.

Xiao scurried toward the corner of the room.

Looked into the tiny crack in the door, and she saw Fol having fun. This is because it's not common for a girl to play cars and foam swords with other boys.

Tala and Lao finished and so Zion turned on the TV to watch the show playing. (The TV is the fat TV that was made in the late 90s).

Xiao sat back down to watch TV sitting beside Zion because Celestia was sitting on Zion's lap half asleep. Zion is looking at Celestia a little worried because she's rarely like this.

Xiao saw the worried expression on his face and assured him that there was no worry.

Keep an eye on her, Xiao said.

Zion understood and nodded almost waking Celestia up.

Xiao saw a box of chocolate, so she asked Zion if she could have one.

Zion said yes in a whisper

Xiao took one and a few minutes later after leaning on the couch, Zion looked over and asked if she was okay because her face was red.

Xiao looked with drowsy eyes and slurred her words saying YesH, I'm alwight.

Zion looked at Lao and asked, is your sister a lightweight (meaning she gets drunk easily)?

Lao nodded and continued talking to Tala

Xiao slumped slowly closing her eyes. Zion carried Celestia to her room.

Zion came back and asked if Lao wanted to sleep over, and immediately agreed. Zion asked Fol if she would want to sleep over, and also immediately agreed

Then Zion prepared futons for the 3 of them.

Zion came back after laying the futons and carried Xiao to the futons.

In Xiao's dream, she was hugging something because Zion was carrying her while she was hugging him. This is because Zion was not letting go to the point he just fell asleep there and then.

Zion woke up early, as usual, to make breakfast while the kids were still asleep.

Zion heads behind the house to train. When remembered to send out a shadow to protect Celestia because she was acting suspiciously.

His suspicion was right because one of her teachers was trying to harass her but her friends stopped him from doing anything.

When Zion heard this, he became angry and he wanted to know who it was that was trying to harass her. He was determined to take action and make sure this person was held accountable for their actions.

He was filled with rage and wanted to make sure the person was punished for their wrongdoings. He had no time to waste and quickly changed into his usual clothing and used his powers to travel to the perpetrator's house.

He observes if the perpetrator is living alone, and the shadow confirms that he does live alone.

Zion teleported to his house to break his arm but he changed his mind when he teleported in.

He was a pedo. Zion looked around and saw pictures and videos of young girls. This angered him even more. He teleported behind him and paralyzed him with his magic then he called the cops to his location.

Zion watched as the police knocked on the door and entered the house. They saw him on the ground paralyzed only his eyes were moving following the cop's moving towards the room filled with his dirty little secret. He saw the cop's eyes turn to him with a disgusted look at him.

Zion knew that the police had figured out what he was hiding in the room and that he was in trouble. His guilt and shame were overwhelming as he watched the police uncover all of his illegal activities.

He was certain that he was going to be arrested and his life was going to change forever.

Crimes that involve young children are particularly heinous and evoke strong emotional reactions from the public. As a result, the legal system often takes a strong stance against such acts, in order to set an example for would-be offenders and to help protect future victims.

Zion teleported back to the house where they were still sleeping soundly.

Zion Decided to go back to sleep in his room but Xiao was sleeping there.

Zion sat next to his bed and started sleeping.

The moment she saw Zion's head on the side of the bed, Xiao sat down immediately. She carefully observed Zion's sleeping face and gently touched his hair. She then leaned down and saw a coin purse similar to the one she had lost.
