Mean machine

KIARAI woke up hearing a bark. I look up to see Bruno at the door, scratching it. He wants to get out of the room. I tried to ignore him and continued sleeping, but bruno being persistent hopped on the bed and started licking my face, I pulled the blanket over my face telling him to go away but no such luck, he continued barking and trying to pull the blanked off me with his paws. oh boy, it's just six thirty in the morning and why does he have to be such an early bird?. Groaning loudly, I got out of the bed to open the door. He ran out the moment I did wagging his tail with his tongue sticking out. yawning, I went back to bed to get another round of sleep.Today, I thought I'll go and get my hair cut done, it's grown too long for my liking. short hair is easy to maintain and easy to wash. After that I'll be meeting up with Penelope, my cousin in the evening, we planned to go shopping around and then have dinner, catching up with each other after a long time. I checked the table clock and it was eight forty three a.m , With my day's schedule already planned in my mind, I got up from the bed feeling optimistic.Taking a quick shower and grabbing the breakfast, I headed towards my car. I was there in front of the salon in fifteen minutes. walking inside I informed the stylist who had come to attend me about the type of hair cut I want.It took around three hours for my hair to be finally washed and cut. It reached only upto my shoulders now, I even had a cute fringe in the front. I loved it and I looked different.I was busy admiring my new look, when I heard someone ask if I wanted anything else done. I nodded and ended up getting my nails manicured and also got my complete body waxed, I felt myself screaming and crying during the process once it was done my skin felt like it was on fire but nevertheless I felt pretty and confident.By the time, I got out of the salon, I was completely famished even though all I did was to just sit while the beauticians worked their magic on me. I took a quick stop at home for lunch and then left home to meet penny.I am supposed to be meeting her at westfield manukau city. Where we'll be shopping around for sometime and having dinner together later on.we had planned to meet at four thirty p.m and I am twenty minutes early. So I thought I'll roam around a bit before she comes. I spent good ten minutes window shopping, when I came across a coffee shop and since I was a bit thirsty, I ordered a cold coffee.sipping my coffee, I resumed my window shopping. penny is late I thought looking at my wrist watch, I decided to call her. I was searching for her contact on my phone when I felt my self crashing in to something solid."oops!" I said"what the.."I look up to see that I have crashed into a man, a ridiculously handsome man with stormy grey eyes,wavy brown hairs, lips that looked kissable and he had firm chiselled jaw. He was tall and muscular, I had to crane my neck to look up at him since I was not wearing heals and not to forget, his cologne smelled divine. He was a perfect adonis figure any women would fall for.I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard someone clear their throat to grab my attention.damn!  I saw the man in front of me was frowning at me or rather you can say scowling at me, It looked like he was pissed about something.His grey eyes were staring at mine turning dark. Oh shit! he cought me oogling at him. I lowered my gaze from his face feeling utterly embarrassed, I had never ever openly ogled at any guy before. Realisation hit me when I saw a dark stain on his white shirt right above his chest.oh god! what have I done?. No wonder this man is looking at me as if he wants to throttle me to death with his glares."I-I'm soo sorry s-sir" I apologised and Tried to wipe the coffee stain on his shirt,which resulted in me spreading it further. He shoved my hand away from him, and said "watch were you walk miss , clumsy people like you annoy me" damn.This guy is rude and I hate rude people.'what else did you expect kiara?,that this drop dead gorgeous man right here, would just brush off the mess you have caused? and instead ask you out on a date?' my inner voice snapped at me."I am Extremely sorry sir..I'll wash that shirt for you or even better I'll buy you a new one?" I tried to reason out."oh no thankyou! I wouldn't want a women like you washing my shirt, let alone touch anything that is mine and I don't want you to buy me a new shirt either". women like me? The nerve of this man, can't even take a simple apology."Ya right, what was I thinking?" I said sarcastically "trying to apologize to an arrogant jerk like you. ""Excuse me? Who the hell do you think you are calling me a jerk?". Okay!! now he looked really mad."Look mister, I didn't purposefully bang into you nor did I spill the damn coffee on your shirt intentionally. I asked for your forgiveness and tried to fix the mess I have caused, but No! you had to be such an arrogant Asshole". I never usually talk this way with anybody, but this man is getting on my nerves. "I take back my sorry, you don't deserve it"."huh! as if I want your apology" he scoffed at me.I don't know what came over me, I threw the rest of the coffee at him.Splash!!A moment later I realises my mistake.oh god! what have you done kiara? .Mr arrogant clenched his hands and gritted his teeth. He seemed like he is gonna kill me now. I am dead!"you will pay for this!" he growled, which scared the shit out of me.Don't cry ,It will make you look weak in front of this guy, I mentally consoled myself.Just when I was thinking about trying to calm him down and sincerely beg for forgiveness, my phone rang.Thank god! Penny is here, now I can escape from this mean machine. I received the call and penny told me that she is near the parking lot so I said her to wait up near the Entrance.I walked away, without sparing another glance at the man in front of me, not wanting to argue anymore with this rude guy and keep penny waiting. I was half walk running because one, penny was constantly calling me. Two, I could feel the handsome arrogant man's gaze on me and that made me a bit uncomfortable. Three, I felt guilty for spoiling his shirt and for not doing anything about it. Above all instead of apologizing properly, I practically shouted at him threw the rest of the coffee on him,he didn't look like a person who gets treated that way by others.Even worse, I openly ogled at him, which is soo unlike me. woah! so much was expecting a great day.what will happen to me now? what if he is some underground mafia don and comes after me for his revenge?
