Xue Ying and other Cosmos Gods might not have keen senses like the 'final realm cultivators', but they still felt the operation of that huge array. Furthermore, some of the Primal Chaos cultivators who were near the 15 nations felt it too.

Xue Ying could see a calamity happening by the boundary of the Realm Heart Great Land. Looking at the city at a particular location, he saw numerous souls flying away. Xue Ying then switched his view to another city, only to see a similar scene–souls struggling against the attraction. There were just too many souls flying into the sky that they covered the world.
