Chapter:-8 The Discussion

[You will never stub your toe standing still. The faster you go, the more chance there is of stubbing your toe, but the more chance you have of getting somewhere.]

After talking with his father ,the King ,Kite left the huge-castle and took a carriage, he went to the [Nobles-district] and entered his Mansion.

[Heaven's feel] mansion was a gift from his father, the King which he got after he returned to the Kingdom, triumphing in the [Trojan-war].

An 8,000 sq. Feet large mansion, surrounded by a gigantic garden with paladin's patrolling through the area. [Heaven's feel] was regarded as one of the most beautiful structures ever made ,it was built upon an abandoned mine of [God's stone], causing the witches to weaken considerably.

As the residence of the [God-general] ,the place was heavily guarded 24/7 ,even the staff and maids had to go through a security procedure before they would be allowed to enter.

He entered the mansion and spotted 3-maids waiting for his arrival at the entrance of the mansion.

"Welcome back Master !!!!!" Said Cynthia, standing beside her were Kattara and Mellena.

The time seemed to have slowed as his [Spectator] kicked in, Cynthia was a beautiful women with silver hair and silver eyes, she had a curvy body ,light-skin ,sharp eyes ,a little pointed ears, she was half-a head shorter than Kite, she wore traditional black-uniform ,doing justice to her status.

Cynthia had a strict expression on her face as her face muscle were a little tight, she seemed a little happy ,maybe she had achieved a breakthrough in her powers.

Kattara was a cheerful girl with above average looks and comforting aura, she had brown-curly hair reached till her waist, black eye with a birth mark of her neck, she too had a curvy body, dark-toned skin, wore a traditional black-maid uniform.

She had a smile on her face, most probably happy of Cynthia ,her smell was similar to that of sunflower.

Finally Mellena, she was a little different as her expression didn't disclose what she was thinking about, this surprised Kite a little as being able to avoid [Spectator] was not a common stunt ,that anyone could pull off.

She had purple hair with purple hazy eyes, sharp eyes and eyebrows, fair-skin ,red lips remind Kite of blood, circular ears, average height with a beautiful face and figure.

Kite looked at the three witches..... Or rather his maids and gestured them to follow behind him. He started walking towards his [Study] and sat on a chair.

Behind his ,the three maids also made their way

Inside the [Study] and stood in front of their master.

Kite glances at the window as he leans backward and ponders for sometime. Seeing their master is deep thought ,Cynthia looked towards Mellena who just shrugged with a look stating 'I don't know.....'

After sometime, Kite glances at them and slowly speaks "Sit down, I need to discuss something with you three." The indifferent look on his face which they were very familiar with appeared and he motioned them to sit.

Cynthia, Kattara and Mellena sat side-by-side on the sofa opposite to their master, Kite.

"What do you three think about the current condition of the Kingdom ????" Asked Kite as he waited for them to think.

His [Reader] kicked in to absorb information, it required to absorb all kinds of information from all kinds of angles ,so he thought of asking them their views about the current state of the Kingdom. Depending on their answer would he decide to take them with him or not.

Mellena looked at his for sometime, trying to figure out what he was thinking, too bad for her as [Spectator] not only allows one of have control over their emotions but also masks their face muscles so that no one would be able to know ,what exactly was a [Spectator] thinking.

After sometime she spoke up saying ,"The whole Kingdom will descend into chaos due to the [War for Crown], people will suffer, they will die, the price of the basic necessities will increase due to the impending war."

'Smart ,calm ,confident and as fluent as a Noble, Mellena surely was a talent worth nurturing.' thought Kite with no outward change in expression.

Kite eyes landed on Kattara ,demanding for her opinion on the matter. Kattara glanced at Kite and slowly opened her mouth to speak.

"Master, I think Church will try to increase it's influence and invade the western and southern part of the Kingdom as the merchant will surely retreat if there were any signs of war between the [Royal-family]."

'Not bad.....,she is more focus on church rather than people ,unlike Mellena not that I have any problem with that.' thought Kite as he couldn't help but feel a little disappointed when the digestion of his [Reader] wasn't increasing.

"What about you Cynthia ????, What do you think about the current condition ????...." Asked Kite while switching targets for his sharp-eyes.

Instead of replying she hesitated before asking "Master, it isn't my place to speak on the matter related to the [Royal-family] but if you allow me ,I would like to tell you that my answer wouldn't be tolerated by you."

The frown on her face was evident as Kite automatically entered [Spectator] state and observed her facial expression.

Muscles around her cheeks are tightened indicating that she wants to say something but isn't doing so.

Kite looked at her with an amused expression before saying with his usual indifferent tone.

"You don't need to worry about anything, since I was the one who asked for your advice then I shall have all even if I don't agree." Said Kite motioning her to to continuous with her words.

Kite at first didn't expect much from the the 3-witches ,but their answers and analyses were spot on till now.

She once again hesitated before saying "I think that in this situation ,Church would surely try to control one of the [Royal-family] and manipulate them into killing the king and weaken the [Royal-family] or even manipulate the king......"
