Chapter:-13 Nightingale (Part-1)

"The matter has been taken care off....." Inside the infirmary, a figure wearing black cloak in contrast to Kite's white one said to Kite.

Just like Kite, Azik's face couldn't be seen due to the long hood covering his head, his features were hidden under what looked like a dark pit.

Kite nodded before changing the topic, he asked "How long till the [Corpse-collecter] potion is digested ????."

Azik walked towards the chair kept inside the infirmary, sat down with his legs crossed and answered Kite's question.

"I have barely digested a portion of it, the time it will take for me to naturally digest it is about 3-4 months.....Of course if we were lucky enough then I may be able to boost my digestion rate." Azik emitted a desolate aura, the coldness and indifference surrounded him like a cloak, the temperature around him was also a little lower compared to others.

"What about you and Klein ????" Azik still liked to call Roland by his original name. A dangerous ,yet uncontrollable reflex or rather habit.

"[Reader] will probably be fully digested before the start of [Months of demons]. [Apothecary] will probably take 2-months, [Spectator] will most likely also be digested before the [Months of demon] whereas [Bard] will take 3-4 months to digest." The digestion of the potions that Kite had consumed was going extremely well.

Due to the upcoming [Months of demons] ,more and more people will visit the hospitals in the border town. Kite would use this opportunity to not only digest his [Apothecary] but also his [Spectator] would be strengthened so to decrease the chances of him losing control.

"What about Mr.prince....????" Asked Azik with an amused tone, though Kite couldn't see his expression ,he could tell that Azik had a funny expression in his face.

"His digestion of [Seer] potion is going extremely well, a rumor is circulating in the whole castle, Roland, the fourth prince has been blessed by the gods and can tell future...." Though most of them believe all this is nothing but rubbish, Roland had already achieved his goal.

"His potion would most likely be digested by the end of the week." Said Kite in a serious tone.

If Klein could digest the potion ,with his [Gray-mist] interfering with the [Voices] ,he could easily ascend to the next level. The [Clown] potion gave the beyonder strong reflex, full control over his body ,flame-leap ,etc.

"Good, the [Months of demons] is near. Ask Klein to quickly finish the wall, you can enchant the walls with your words as a [Bard]." Azik suggested as his suggestion was outright taken by Kite.

"Hmm.....You soon will have your chance for the special encounter and your collection will have a boost, more are more skeletons....Very soon." Said Kite in a mysteries tone causing Azik to look at him with curious eyes.

Before Azik could say another word, his head snapped in the left direction. He could feel people heading towards the infirmary. Azik took one last look at Kite before fading in darkness.

Kite raised his head in the direction of the incoming individuals, his [Spiritual sense] picked up Roland's Spirituality. Nana pine should test ,if she was right.

Due to absence of newspaper or photographs ,Kite could take of his hood but the witch watching the two witches may recognize him, so Kite just sat down on the table, creating medicines for all kinds of disease.

His [Apothecary] was slowly being digested by the creation of the medicines abit the process was too slow.

Footsteps closed in, on the door as the knob of the door twisted ,and was pushed open. A teenager in his late 10s entered the room. A purple dress with a black tight uniform, the symbol of Graycastle was stitched on his chest, he wore dark boots and a leather belt around his waist.

He had Gray-ish eyes, sleek figure, oval figured face with sharp features. A ring on his left hand finger along with the hidden dagger beneath his sleeves.

He was the fourth prince of the Kingdom of Graycastle, Roland. Behind him was a little girl about 12 or 13 years old, she had green-ish eyes ,violet hair, petite body and an innocent look.

Without a doubt ,the girl in front of him was Nana pine, the recently transformed witch after Anna. The little girl was a little fearful, a little courageous ,a little shy but mostly curious.

Curious about what was the fourth prince going to do...????

Klein asked with a smile as he looked towards Nana "You do remember the task ok.....????"

"Yes your Highness !!!!!" Said Nana as she turned towards the rooster in front of her.

Anna was left inside the courtyard where she helped in the making of cement, by acting as the source of heat requires for the formation of cement.

The hidden witch followed Nana, probably curious about what is Roland up to.....Nana raised her hand towards the injured Rooster, she willed her powers to activate.

A weak glow of green light surrounded the Rooster's body and a blob of green slime covered his injured body.

After 5 seconds the Rooster was fully resorted to health whereas Nana was resting to recover.

The plan for taking care of the demons that would attack the border town was already in its initial phase.

Carter along with Barov were responsible for choosing the members for the [Anti-demon unit].

The Longsong stronghold has also sent a representative to negotiate the terms for providing shelter and food at double rate.

Also somehow Kite kept getting a feeling that something is about to happen ,but he don't know what ????...
