Silence...….

All the people in the area went silent as their eyes were wide opened watching the metallic structure that they had been trying to move or break or have any reaction from it just wiggled like a rubber and disappeared into the ground.

"Wh…what…happened. What the fuck happened!!" Vidit screamed aloud shaking everyone up from their daze. But, no one knew what had happened and how it happened as the structure never responded to anything they did, even though the test they did was a routine test they had been doing for months and there was never any change happened.

But now suddenly it disappeared in front of their eyes just like that. "Replay the camera feed, I want to see what had happened and immediately inform those people about what had transpired." Everyone started scrambling around trying to figure out the cause for the disappearance of the oval structure.

While all the scientists were terrified and scrambling around Alex was hopping around with joy as he watched Animus integrating with the module-77 AFK and finally controlling it. After the test was completed and the probe touched the module Alex also sent the Nanites to the module and soon as Nanites touched the module. Animus sent out a string of information.

Just as Animus fully controlled the Nanites Alex felt wave of energy washing over him, it was warm and endless like he was in a warm embrace of gentle sun that was providing him with endless energy. As he was reveling in the sensation Animus controlled the Nanites and slid into the floor leaving the researches and the people in distress.

After a few seconds Alex finally got out of the sensation of warmth and endless power and focused on the newly acquired Nanites and the data from them made him jump in joy. The main problem for Alex was a constant supply of energy for the Nanites to work non-stop and now the energy stored in the Module was off charts, as the number of zeros after Giga-watts reached double digits which was an astronomical amount of energy to be stored.

Usually after Nanites main control lost control of their modules they will go into hibernation mode and will stop any kinds of inflow of enrgies into them, that is how it should have been with the module-77, but due to data corruption and the constant bombardment of millions of watts of energy in the experiments lead to the situation where it started storing the energies it recieved during the electric and kinetic bombardment and was able to store such a huge amount of energy in the past few years.

Not only the energy but also the huge amount of the Nanites was a boon to Alex, the total amount of the module was over 10 tons. With this amount of Nanites and the energy they had, he can just speed up the plan to take over the organization. Alex decided not to go slow and just swiftly devoured the metallic structures and increased the number of Nanites. So, he made the Nanites disperse into the surrounding like a huge hive of locusts they spread into the air and simply and killed every security guard or any person that was holding a weapon.

The process went smoothly, but for the researchers and the left alive people it was the horror of their life time as they watched people falling down like someone had switched their off buttons. More than 30 people slumped onto the floor in an instant. Alex then had them devour the divide into two parts one sent to above and other dealing with the researchers. The remaining people were so afraid that they couldn't even muster their courage to run away and were dumbly staring at each others faces.

Alex then had them divide into two equal amounts and let one devour all the equipment around them, as just that one part equivalent to 2.5 tones, they were able to eat huge amounts in seconds and were able to reproduce back into Nanites. The researchers still hadn't noticed that an anomaly is eating at their equipment's hidden from their sites as they were too busy to process the thing that had appeared before them.

It was humanoid which appearance looked awfully similar to the structure they were working on, as the outer appearance of it was same shiny and silvery smooth like mirror. As most watched in horror at the strange humanoid being or a robot only Vidit the head of entire research team and Sanyam the Principal researcher were trembling. They were not trembling in fear but instead their eyes glowed in fascination and a desire to know the secrets behind the humanoid thing. They are very sure that the humanoid in front of them was the same as the oval shaped structure they were working on.

They both watched with bated breaths as the eye sockets of the thing came to life with a bright blue glow. It then walked forward towards them and each step of it produced heavy thuds on the floor striking terror into the hearts of the researchers.
